Zephyr Haven Nursing Home, owned and operated by Adventist Care Centers, offers medical assistance and long-term care to patients suffering from chronicle illnesses, physical disabilities and Alzheimer s disease. It provides various rehabilitation and recovery programs, such as physical, speech and occupational therapies; medication management and respiratory care; and aquatic and recreational therapies. The medical services offered by the center include ventilator management and weaning; blood and cardiac telemetry monitoring; respiratory and infusion therapies; wound care and pain management; and peritoneal dialysis. It also provides health education, and undertakes spiritual activities, and community outreach and specialized HIV and AIDS programs. Zephyr Haven Nursing Home is located in Zephyr Hills, Fla.

It's shocking how little the Z...

It's shocking how little the Zephyr Haven management seem to care about customer service and family concerns! From my experience, it would seem that they place the needs of customers and families at the very bottom of their list of priorities! They were cold, unsympathetic to our needs, and seem to care more about their bottom line than the families they serve! It became obvious to me that they are just looking for the most docile "bodies" to fill up their facility which require the least amount of effort on their part to care for! I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to our situation and understand where we were coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about the needs of my 87 year old father, or what me and my family were going through! The management of this facility is cold, uncaring and I do NOT recommend it!
