Beware- I thought we would support a small local business and I was sorry. When we arrived in the cinema the staff ordered us where to sit then for 20 minutes the rude staff with their ear phones were shouting at customers to move. They even brought over a police officer to harass a family I would have left but my young son was with us. It was a very uncomfortable situation; they were more concerned about empty seats than the people sitting on the steps/fire exit. I will NEVER put my family in danger again, I will tell my family and co-workers to drive the extra mile and visit a newer, larger and safe cinema that appreciates the patronage.

This movie theater has a touch of the past mixed with the popular movies and courteous employees who make you feel like you want to come back again and again. The smaller sized theaters without the technical devices, allow the viewer to feel like they are sitting in their living room verses the space shuttle while watching a movie. Complete with a replica of Charlie Chaplin and the low prices, create an atmosphere of being at home. Two Thumbs Up!!

I Like It. The employees behind the counter are always courteous and friendly. Although the older section could

use some renovation, the new section is wonderfulI, and the price is right! There is one window, and usually

2 or 3 employees at the food counter, so there can be a 'wait in line' time, but knowing this, I arrive a little early and never have a problem. I like the location- easy to get to- close to places I frequent (Walgreens, Walmart etc) and I have never encountered a rude employee/owner, and I do frequent the movies. I Like It.

I hate this theater with a passion. Every time I go there, there are hoards of rude teenagers whose parents can't seem to take the time to go out with their children. I realize there aren't that many things for teens to do in Z'hills and that this is one of the few places they can go without being harassed by police. But, that's not my problem. When I pay good money to see a movie, I want to see and HEAR the movie, not worry about little fools behind me, having a food fight with the kids in front of me. It got so bad that I had to threaten the kids to quit or I would have them arrested for assault. And then, instead of throwing them out, the owner just yells at them and then, when he's gone, they continue their idiotic antics. I grew up in Z'hills, but when I was a teen, I would have never thought of engaging in such behavior and I never see this type of behavior when I go to Tampa to see a movie. I don't think that they have better behaved kids there, just more places to go. But, if you want to see and HEAR the movie, don't come here!

The movie theater is fair at best. The new addition is nice but the old part is in dire need of a remodel. There is only one ticket taker but you have to tell 3 different people what movie you intend to see. I guess this is intended to speed things up but it really only causes unnecessary bottlenecks. The rude and crass owner could use some customer service skills. After a long day of work, I would like to enjoy a night out rather than being belittled and talked down to while I get my money from my purse. The last time I visited (and I do mean last time) I was so put off by the owner's rude remarks as we entered that I had a hard time enjoying the movie. I will gladly drive the extra distance to visit a theater where the importance of customer service is understood.
