We bought new appliances in June. Our dishwasher started making loud noises and as it is is still under warranty we called frigidaire to get it repaired. They gave us the number to E & N appliance so i called to set up an appointment. the day came around and NO ONE SHOWED UP! My husband called to see why they had not come. the "manager" said the parts didnt arrive and she told me they had to cancel- This was not the case. I never recieved a phone call. When I called to speak with her about it she told me that I never made an appointment and that she had to order parts and would call me when the parts came in. Which isn't true. She refused to resolve the issue and told me I needed to call someone else and they would not be coming out. When I made The appt they had 1 appt available- 11a to 2p on a wed. Both myself and my husband work so this was an extremely inconvenient time slot- Not only did my husband have to reschedule his dr appt but he had to take an entire day off. HORRIBLE

Do not use this company. Very unreliable. Will keep rescheduling appointments and are extremely unflexible with their appointment times. Will keep cancelling appointments and make no attempt to be accomodating to make things right.
