We were nervous because Frontier has no 3 day return policy or any other type of warranty system in place on their used vehicles. We knew there was a couple small issues with the truck (we could easily have repaired) but the salesman kept denying that they had been there before the day we bought the truck (should have been a red flag). The salesman informed us how they would go the extra mile for us as they do for all their customers and that we should have no worries. He proceeded to tell us this long story about a family buying a car and it breaking a week later and they fixed it (or so they say). We fixed a few things our mechanic found which is to be expected in an older used vehicle but ended up having problems with wiring that just kept adding up. We thought we had better call Jim and see if there was anything they would do since this was a problem when we left the lot. Well going the distance for their customers is about as far from the truth as you can get (unless you count staying open so they can make a sale). We weren't asking for anything towards the $1400 in other needed repairs but really needed tail lights to drive safely. If you are looking for a used vehicle go to a reputable dealer. Companies know that as a buyer you should have a chance to have a mechanic look at a vehicle and make a proper decision. Save your money and go elsewhere.
