The best thing was he didn't try to sell you something more than you need. Very knowledgeable about the systems that were installed. Showed up on time and was very polite and professional.
After the install of the furnace and the air conditioner he took the time to go through the function of the thermostat, the filter, where to buy the filter, and even the best way for weather proofing the new a/c unit for the winter months. Also went through how to register the new products for a longer warranty.
You can't go wrong with Off the Hook Heating and Air.
