If I could put zero stars I would! Worst nail salon experience ever! My daughters nails were cut so closer it made her cry. Nail tech was rude and entirely inappropriate / made my daughter feel horrid. Highly NOT recommend

Horrible. Everyone there is so rude. No smiles we. You walk in. They just act like there wasting your time. I recommend no one going there.

Bad experiance man was very rude and instead of wrapping your fingers in foil and acetone to get the shallac off. He dremmeled it off!! My nails are so thin now. I will never go back

I took my 5 year old to have a manicure and pedicure and the salon owner took care of her. She felt like a little princess!!! They have a kiddie chair conversion in their regular pedicure chairs. I got the same treatment as well! This is the only salon I have been too where there is no fumes or odors that make you sick! It is veryclean and technicians take their time to give you a perfect manicure and pedicure! I am going back in two weeks to get my manicure and pedicures!!!!! Thank you

The worst pedicure ever!!! It took over an hour just for a basic pedicure. The nail tech kept asking me "do you want me to clip your nails? do you want me to file them? do you want me to trim your cuticles?" In quality nail salons you do not generally need to instruct the tech step by step. It was also more expensive than nail salons in Charlottesville.

Such an asset to the Louisa community. This salon in ways is much like a normal asian salon... however it is very clean and upscale. They also have a full blown day spa and hair salon inside. The staff seems really friendly and knowlegable & came from reputable businesses in the Charlottesville area. Prices are overall average & they have new products. They also do Shellac's REAL shellacs unlike some of thh other salons in the area who claim they do shellacs and actually use colored gel. Highly recommend this salon!
