I asked for help for your customer service department with the enlarging of a picture print. I told them I had no idea how to do to. Two of your representatives told me they had no idea how to help me. They called on another representative and she came, had to re-boot the computer, told me the scanner was in the drawer and to wait for the computer to re-boot before using it! They never asked me if they could assist me. Both of your representatives just walked away and left me standing there. I put the picture back in my pocket and walked away. No smiles or greetings from the representatives. Not at all satisfied with the service I got today!
