Went thru Automatic Car Wash today. I open window to use my debit card and select a $8 car wash and close my window. A few seconds later one of the workers knocks on my window to tell me not to go in and tell he tells me to go in. He then goes to the other bay and is scrubbing his brush on the other car. In the meantime, my is empty and the arrow is flashing for me to proceed. I proceed to go in as I know to how to proceed into an automatic car wash without the help with a guy with a brush. Once positioned in the car wash and and the car wash is starting out of no where the worker appears inside the bay and starts yelling and rubbing his brush on my salt covered car. I open the window and yell at him to stop brushing my car. He then runs overand kills the car wash and tells me to leave. One of his other co-workers tells him in spanish don't give him his money back. They tell me to leave and I told them I was going to call police. I stopped a police officer and he had a talk to them. The officers told me they couldn't get my money back for me. I was told to notify the better businees bureau. If it's an automatic car wash why do they need to have two thugs taking care of the place. They are there to try to hustle people out of their money.
