Throughout the Bidding Phase, we work with pre-qualified subcontractors proven to be the best fit for your project. Additionally, we assist them with their take-off to further ensure a sound, high-quality and comprehensive bid number that you can trust. Our team is on-site every day during the Construction Phase. Construction schedules, materials, subcontractor progress and safety are monitored and recorded daily. This ensures that any required adjustments in schedule or quality can be applied quickly and without disruption to the overall project. RLTurner will maintain an open line of communication to ensure you’re awareness of the developing project. Further we will collaborate with you to accommodate and address your needs. At Contract Closeout we provide a thorough project review to your complete satisfaction. Our projects include a one-year warranty, coupled with a comprehensive eleventh-month walk-through.
