I've used Kam Realty to manage my condo for over 14 years. I've always had good service. I've always been consulted if any work is required. They are an excellent property management company.

Service by Stanley and his staff have been beyond our expectations. They provide us with peace of mind and always have high regard and attention to us as landlords and our tenants. We are confident in their representation of ourselves to our properties and occupants.

I've been with Kam Realty for the last 6 plus years. Their service to manage my property has been excellent. What I like about it is they always update you on the status of the tenant, items that need to be repaired or replaced, and they've always been on time sending the rent and notifying the tenant if rent is not received on time.
