My visit was very calming and I loved that. Got exactly the information I needed and doctor was very helpful in explaining my different options. :)

Everyone is friendly and personable. They call you by your name, you don't feel like you're just a number when you're seen. The environment is great. Dr. Trapnell is professional, kind, knowledgeable, and prompt. All staff will answer all questions and with a great attitude. It's never a hassle coming in -- flexible with appointments, I don't ever feel like I wait long, nor do I feel that my appointments take long which is important when you live an extremely busy life.

we have had a great experience overall anytime i needed to bring my son in they are great about getting him in. they have made us feel very welcomed. they have made my son feel very comfortable. overall all the staff are amazingly great .

The doctor explained everything that will happen. I know my child is in great hands and they care about helping my son.

This has been an amazing experience, especially now with my new Smile!!!! All of the staff has and is wonderful with my kids and myself!!

This is how getting braces should be! Comfortable, relaxing and stress free. This staff is super friendly and makes you feel welcome. The facility is clean and calming. I'm bringing my other kids here when it is their turn.

Dentist is always attend to answer any questions or concerns behalf the patience, and he is very professional. All staff including personal staff at the office and the dentist assistant are very professional and very friendly. My son had been coming to this dentist office since three years ago and i never had any complain. Best orthodontics office in Albuquerque.

Very comfortable experience

We have been coming to ABQ Orthodontics for about three years with my oldest daughter. The personal care service has been beyond of what we expected. We are warmly greeted each time we come. They have gone out of their way to provide us with excellent and respectful service. They are mindful of our needs on a professional level as well as giving the children a warm safe place to wait before their appointments. I highly recommend them because they provide a healthy and clean environment.

The all the nurses were very kind and knew what they were talking about. the same thing goes to for the doctor.
