Have gone to Maple Hills for several years. I will admit it is a very expensive vet. and I know they overcharge. The reason I continue is they have 24 hour care at the main hospital. I have had to leave several sick pets overnight and I was relieved that there is someone all night to check on the pet. If another vet had the same service I would change because the cost of their services are double (if not more) than any other vet. I gave them 5 stars for the overnight care

My family and I have always taken our pets to Maple Hills - for 12+ years. Yes, some of their prices may be higher than what you would pay at another office, but for the services they offer (including emergency after-hours services, which we unfortunately have had to use) they are worth every penny. And then some. There are times when you do have to wait longer than anticipated for an appointment, but again, they also handle a lot of emergency situations and prioritize appropriately. So in a case like that I can respect their policies and the fact that they can and DO perform so many emergency services. The staff is wonderful and always nice to see- even with the volume of pets they encounter, they really do learn who people and their pets are, and it's always a nice feeling to go to a place that honestly knows who you are and is excited to see you and your pet.

Amazing experience. We have two bulldogs that require special handling and were more than satisfied. I no longer feel held hostage by vets by my love of my pets. Very caring, reasonable and very personable. I would recommend them to everyone

Maple Hills Vet has always taken excellent care of my ailing animals. They have compassion and kindness towards all animals. I would highly recommend them to my family and friends.

Dr. B. and his staff are loving, knowledgeable and conscientious. After 12 years as the owner of a local doggie daycare, I trust no one else.

The vet techs were always friendly and treated us and our cat with respect and generosity. I would HIGHLY recommend Maple Hills Vet to anyone. We have been nothing but impressed with the entire office. We love these guys and are sure you will too!

I honestly cannot say enough good things about Maple Hills Vet. The front desk staff is the best, despite how busy they are they take the time to help answer all my questions and they do it with a smile. The Vet techs/nurses are very skilled and loving as they care for all my fur babies.

I wouldn't take my pet anywhere else! My dog is older and he isn't as active as he used to be. I took him to Maple Hills for an exam and he received excellent care. He's feeling much better now and it wouldn't have happened without the kind and friendly staff employed at this top notch veterinary hospital.

Compassionate, reasonable, and knoweldgable I've had nothing but good experiences here with my cats over the past three years. They don't force me to come in for some routine problems and just let me pick up the meds at the office without a full office visit occasionally. They know how to handle my cats well. One of my cats just hops right into the carrier when I pull it out because he doesn't dread going to the vet. That's a first for me! :

Our very difficult time was made easier by Dr. Banzoh and the techs, Christa and Hilary, who allowed us to visit our Bing and show him our love to the very end. We will forever be grateful for their compassion and professionalism.

Thanks again for your care and help. You made it possible for me to enjoy our pet's company for a few more days. You were very helpful throughout her sickness and helped us to care for her at home.

BEST animal hospital in the valley!!!

Dr Banzhoff and his staff are phenomenal in my opinion. I am a dog lover, and have been taking my two dogs Jake and Jada there for years. The staff and its doctors have always treated me so kind. They are so compassionate, professional and helpful. They can always get me in for an apptm. (no matter what). I have also been to one of the 4 clinics, and it was so homey and nice. Its nice to know that a vet opened up these clinics just for the conveniences of the clients. How many vets do you know that would do that? I think that is just awesome. Yes, you may wait sometimes for an apptm, but that is because EVERYONE wants to schedule with him because he is the best in the valley in my opinion. He has been in practice for over 38 years. Wow! He makes you feel when your in the apptm that you are the only one that matters. He has alot of bedside manner, and treats you and your pet like your number one. Plus, he really examines the animal, and just talks with you to see how you are doing. He doesn't see you for 5 minutes and then shoo you off. He talks with you..gets personal..and answers any questions you may have...no matter how long it takes. He wants to give your animals 100% care. He wants to heal them 100% This is the goal of himself I believe and the other doctors. I have also boarded my animals there, and its wonderful. My dogs love boarding with them. It is nice because there is always a nurse on 24 hours, and a kennel worker. They are always kissing and hugging the animals when I go there. (even the receptionists). They treat the animals like its there own. (same with the doctors). Dr Banzhof treated my Jada for an auto immune disorder and NO previous vet could figure out what was wrong with her, but Dr Banzhof did. He didnt give up. Now because of him she is on the road to recovery. In my opinion He is the BEST, and this is one of the best animal hospitals out there today. So I am very happy. and I know alot of people are too with them.
