First off all, it's the prettiest medical office ever. There is never a long wait, and there is lovely scents and complimentary chocolate to help enhance your experience.

Ivette and her assistant are great. Pleasant experience they make you feel comfortable very experienced and what they do.

Michelle is great! She listened to my concerns and worked with me to come up with the best course of action to address my loss of facial fat and also discussed with me the costs associated with the treatment. She had a very calming presence that made me feel at ease during the treatment. Overall, I am very pleased with my experience and outcome. Highly recommend.

She is absolutely wonderful. I have followed her around for a couple of years now because she has always been honest with me and my needs.

She was very patient and really listened to me and did not rush me. She did not try to talk me into doing anything or tell me I should do any particular procedure. I am very happy with my lip filler. It looks natural. I love the way they are slightly raised at the edges, so I no longer look like I am frowning. The only thing I would do differently would be to take arnica a couple of days prior, because I did bruise above my top lip.

This was my second time seeing Ivette and really like her and how she does the injections. I even referred a friend who had never had injections before and she is super happy too!

Ivette was wonderful. She was so knowledgeable and personable. She takes me out of things I genuinely did not need instead of letting me waste my money. I was so pleased with my results.

Ivette was great and calmed my nerves even though my body had a history of passing out with needles. Procedure felt swift and she talked to me during it which I think calmed me. I imagine if I get this done again in two years it will not be as bad (worry wise) and I hope to have her again. Results wise, I think I was hoping for something a little more prominent. There is definitely a positive difference that I do like, was just hoping for more definition in the jaw line. Overall, I am happy and just wonder if I should maybe do more injections for more definition.

Ivette is amazing! She has the hardest job cause it is impossible to be completely exact with injections. She only gets better and better the more she learns your face. Thank you Ivette for helping me look refreshed and completely natural!
