Great customer service. Traps are set and ready for my pest. Danny was professional and right on time.

Alterra Service Team provided customer service that is truly unique in their industry; Today was my initial service. JESSE SANCHEZ was our service technician and he delivered a thorough explanation of the warranty, initial service and future scheduled service. He was prompt and polite.

David S. was on time...exactly noon. He was professional and explained exactly what he would do. This was the first treatment by the company. So very happy with the service. Guess what? The ants are gone! Fantastic representative. Great local company.

Chandler Rich arrived early ( eager to please his customers) explained the work that was going to be done. extremely friendly and professional. Today was our initial service and Mike G. did a great job. He arrived early, went over the paperwork and explained what he would be doing before he got to work. He also asked if I had any specific concerns and was very helpful. Overall, Mike G. was very professional and courteous.

Jay Pai: Excellent service by Greg and George. They came on time, did a thorough walk around the house and the scheduled service. They asked questions about some past problems we had with ants. Overall full marks to both of the guys.

Debi H Chandler Rich arrived early and was very professional. He went over everything before starting to work. Answered any and all questions and clarified if there was any specific area we needed to be taken care of. He was here less than an hour. What a polite and efficient Service Pro!

Chandler Rich came right on the specified time, explained everything that he was going to do and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. He even took great care with my son's two pet turtles in the backyard pool so as not to endanger them in any way! Class act all the way!
