I was very impressed with Brock's knowledge and explanation of the treatment completed. He listened to my needs and concerns for my pets. Brock was right on time so I didn't have to wonder when he would arrive during the 2 hour window. I really appreciated it. Thank you Brock!

McKay was very polite, considerate and efficient; service was performed in less than 30 minutes which I appreciated very much. He was also helpful in providing information on the chemicals used since it was important as I have a dog who will be in the yard. Overall I was pleased with McKay and the service!

The Aptive pest control service man Mr. Ozzie Alvarez knock at my door at the exact schedule time . He was very knowledgeable and explain every thing before starting the service . He explain in detail regarding some pest issue and take care of my vegetables too . He really deserve five star rating .

Tom Z.- Jerome and Jerrod were great. They introduced themselves and explained what they were going to do. They asked if I had any concerns. When finished they asked if I had any questions and told me again what they did and found.

The guys are always polite and courteous! Customer service is also very quick to return calls, I've never felt like a lost customer.

My service took place on Jan 26th. I don't write reviews but I was telling a friend how impressed I was with the service I received from Daniel P. He not only completed the scheduled service but he noticed another problem, pointed it out, and recommended a solution. Now that's what I call a professional.

Excelent customer service.

I'm on a quarterly plan, and Henry, the technician did an excellent job, very professional. Went above the basic by letting us know of the different types of sprays for inside and outside... Performed slug and snail treatment, did the inspections outside, etc. Very friendly and helpful; took his time to do a job well done.

Alfonso Rodriguez is professional, kind, and takes the time to properly treat the infested areas of my home. He is always prompt and does not rush through the treatment. Thank you for sending Alfonso to my quarterly treatments!!!

Ezekiel was so professional, informative and very helpful. I will stay with this company because of his pleasant professionalism!

Dont use them. They are horrible providers.
Its a trap. They trap you in such a way that you are stuck with them for a year.
If you try to cancel they will charge money for cancellation.

Their product never works
They came to my house 4-5 times and I still have lot of spiders and insects roaming around my house.

They simply try to shell out money from customers

Jeremy was very professional, explained his service clearly, and very thorough in his treatment of our problem. I would highly recommend Aptive and Jeremy in particular.

Our service pro Alfonso R. arrive promptly, explained in detail about the service, and what product he would be using, we had a huge ant problem.,.. He quickly proceeded to clean out the wasp nests and spider webs, before he began to spray, treated the lawn area as well, it's been 2 weeks now since the first treatment , the ant population has been cut down by 95%, he will return in 4 weeks , and treat all areas again, all for the same price, we are extremely pleased with the service and our service pro

I was having a decent experience with Aptive until I was hit with a nasty ant problem. I called the office to schedule a service. A week later, Service Pro M. Pacardo shows up at my door. I explained to him my issue and he tells me he's going to use some ant bait to take care of the problem. He was acting like I ruined his day because he had to come over and do his job. He had a terrible attitude and spoke of all thug-like. He ends up slapping some gel on the fence in my backyard and in literally five minutes, leaves without saying anything. Of course, my ant problem persisted until I had to call back again for someone to come out again. I plan on canceling my service with aptive and would not recommend it to anyone. The fact that they would even employ someone like this guy (M. Pacardo) blows my mind. It is ironic that they call themselves "service professionals", when in fact, they are far from professional.
