I have enjoyed working with Victory Tax Solutions to file back taxes. The representatives were very knowledgeable and understanding. They explained things to me on my level to gain my confidence and trust. The completion was dependant on how fast I was able to get information to them. I always got plenty of courtesy calls until the information was obtained. I also appreciated the empathy displayed by this company when my youngest son died while serving in the Airforce. I was in the middle of my tax preparation and in the mist of my tears the staff not only cried with me but continued to help me gather the requested info. They still call just to encourage and comfort me. My state placed a lien on my state taxes. When they found out, the lien was removed before they left the office. I cant say enough about this company but Thank You for resolving a very difficult situation. Many companies make promises. Victory Tax is a Solution to your tax problems, guaranteed.

This company and it's staff were amazing and treated me as a human being and not as a number.

I had suffered a catastrophic motor vehicle accident which involved me being off work for an extended period of time. I had to take money out of my 401K. Also my husband was ill at the same time. The staff at Victory Tax Solutions were sympathetic and not judgmental to my needs. They worked together as a partner to handle my tax obligations in an honorable manner. Unbelievable results!!!!

I called Victory Tax Solutions a few months ago. I tried to contact the IRS myself on several occasions to negotiate a settlement, but they were unwilling to even talk to me and made me feel like a inadequate provider, like I owed that person money! When the market crashed we tried to hold onto everything, but unfortunately were unable to. We ended up owning the IRS nearly $20,000 when in passed years I was able to pay what I would owe after filing my taxes. I had to go on a payment plan and became a slave to the IRS for the next six years. This made life suffocating and stressful. The family at Victory took on my case and more than exceeded my expectations. As it stands, It looks like my $20k plus debit has now been negotiated to $0 dollars. That's right nada! I first spoke with Erick and explained all of my issues, and he answered all of my questions. I am thankful that I didn't let my doubt cloud my decision to hire Victory; it is the best decision I have ever made. I am now getting my tax debt wiped out and that is the best feeling in the world.

We began working with Victory Tax Solutions after receiving bad advice which resulted in a huge penalty with the IRS. From the very beginning, they were very responsive and stayed in constant communication with us. Victory was very informative and kept us up to speed throughout the entire process. We even received calls directly from Greg, who is the VP of the company. This was something that he didn't have to do but we truly appreciated the extra personal touch.

Very professional but the proof is in the pudding.

I must say that the company seems very professional and treated me with much respect, however until after ninety days I won't know if there has been real savings. You see right now Victory Tax Solutions has saved me $18.00 less per month than the original deal I was already able to make with the I.R.S. and after ninety days of payments there's supposed to be a call back to see if any reduction can be made with the fee's. So as I said the proof is in the pudding and I'm waiting for the end result, but again I will say that Victory Tax Solutions has treated me well to this point.

The moment I called Victory Tax Solutions I trusted that I was in good hands. The first person I talked to took the time to make sure that I felt comfortable with the process. From the get go, Joe Holt and crew were there. Talking and working with me. They continually kept me abreast of everything going on in my case. Needless to say, it meant a lot. At the end of the day, VTS worked out an acceptable tax agreement for me. Something everyone could live with and move on.
