I told all my friends just how awesome this was and to go there for car purchases. It's nice to see that there are good people out there. I'm now completely sold on my Honda experience, I will continue to go there for maintenance and for all future car purchases. My Mom and all her friends have also bought their cars (mostly from Mitch) as well.

I recently purchased a Certified Used 2011 Honda Pilot from Martin Main Line Honda. I had already visited several other dealerships in the area, such as Conicelli and Piazza. I was 100% positive on the model and features of the Pilot I wanted by doing my research. At the other dealerships I felt like I was going back in time and dealing with the typical BS Old School Car Salesman where you spend hours haggling and being BS'd to death by cheeseball tactics. If you end up at Conicelli and deal with an old dude name Charles Blue, just run. Hes still stuck in 1984. The prices at the other dealerships were obsurd. Conicelli was also trying to sell me a damaged vehicle. They were trying to sell me an LX model with 44k miles on it for over 30k. I know more about cars than Conicelli does. Terrible place. Who cares if you are nice to me while you are ripping me off.

Maybe its who you deal with. My last buy (2010 Odyssey in May) was negotiated with John Merringer, who was honest, responsive and a gentleman.

My family and I have been buying cars from this dealership for 12 years! The sales people are very helpful. Joe Casey is amazing!!

The first car I bought myself was a 2005 Honda Accord. I went on black Friday so they had amazing deals. I was 20 years old and was able to afford it on my own, I couldn't believe it. I have never had any problems with it since.

I bring my car into the dealership for inspections and maintenance and the service is great, although if you are planning on waiting for your car to be done, do not wait in the waiting room. Every time I bring my car in it's an all day fiasco. They have a shuttle car to take you to work or back to your home if you wish to wait there, and they give you a taxi voucher to get a free ride back to the dealership when you need to pick up your car. Slow body shop service, but always a great outcome in the end.

I am never planning on buying any future cars anywhere else very pleased, and now I know why my mom has been such a loyal customer to them!!

I bought my 2006 Civic Coupe here and it was pretty painless. I still go to Mainline Honda to get my car serviced. I have had nothing but good experiences here. The guys in the service dept. are very helpful and friendly. Anytime I have had a minor issue with my car, I just call and they tell me to stop by anytime. I usually wait for my car when getting my oil changed and I will admit sometimes you may sit for awhile, but the last time they didn't charge me for my tire rotation b/c it took so long. All-in-all I would def. buy my next car here and get it serviced here as well. Don't let the bad reviews decide for you, give these guys a chance.

Great car buying experience!!!

Recently bought a Nissan and the finishing dragged on forever. Saw Mike Murnane at MainLine Honda because I was interested in a new Pilot. My wife had an'04 Pilot that has always been a fantastic car. 10 years old and it never did not start. Explained to Mike I knew what I wanted to pay and I wanted in and out in a hurry. He promised one hour and he delivered on time. I was stunned because most of us do not get what we want when we walk into a car dealership. No back and forth hogwash talking with my manager. Mike got close enough to my price immediately so we inked a deal fast as I had hoped. The finance guy did the same, asked what I wanted and got me out in a hurry. My wife is happy with her new Pilot and I was happy to have a positive new car experience for once.

I got my first Honda from them in 2010, a Civic LX. It was a great experience to work with Gary from the sales team. Moving to 2014, I decided to go for a CRV. This time I worked with Tony Longo. Again, I had an absolutely wonderful experience getting my car. Initially I planned on going with a certified one from 2011 or 2012 but ended up getting a 2014. Tony is an absolutely fabulous person to work with. No pressure, patient. We were there was for over 3 hours with a 3 year old. Even my daughter enjoyed being there! They gave me the discounts without me having to haggle over the price and I got a great price for my trade-in. It was at the top mark as per kbb. Some friends had asked me to get a price and check with other dealers but I really didn't want to. I got a great price for my trade-in, got a great price for the new one and I really like the dealership so simply put, I didn't have any motivation to search for a better deal (if there was one)



As far as the servicing goes i saw some negative feedback here. I have had my civic serviced here for 4 years and not even once have I had issues with any of the process. Scheduling and appointment is as easy as can be. At each service you get a clear picture on the status of your car and what would be the upcoming expenses, if any. They email you the updates. One time I remember the wait was a little longer than was promised. I got a free oil change on that day!



So all in all I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone in the market for a Honda!

Disclaimer: I always have a fear of dealerships charging way more than necessary for services. Service: oil change. Representative: Shelton Jackson. I had visited this location on a Saturday afternoon 15 mins before they closed and asked if they could do an oil change. Shelton greeted me and declined the service since they were done for the day. I respected the decision because I work in a bank. When we are about to close WE ARE ABOUT TO CLOSE. I asked him what the hours were on the weekdays he said 7a to 7p and he even gave me a tip of coming in the evening because it wouldn't be so busy. Which leads me to Monday. As soon as I arrived I was greeted by Shelton again. I asked for an oil change and he remembered me immediately. He ran my information noticed that I had never been there an told me my first oil change would be on Martin Honda Main Line. I was ecstatic because of my previous ordeal with my oil change just 3 days prior. (Read my review prior to this to see what horrendous experience I had with another mechanic.) It took a good 30-45 mins for the oil change to be completed. When Shelton called me up he stated they changed my oil and filters and rotated my tires for me ALL for no change. For me it's not all about the services being free it's about this dealership making it there priority to go out of their way for their customers. Shelton had no idea what he did for me because I never told him what happened days prior. He just did what he thought would be best for me without trying to take advantage and charge me up. I appreciate Martin Honda Main Line and will be using them from now on.

My salesperson Ali was very courteous and did not pressure me into a deal. They beat the price I had from another dealer. Ali even took time after the sale to review my car's options. I had my 2010 Honda Accord serviced there opn 11-15-2014. The young man who took my car for service was so sweet and honest--my wife thought her key didn't work, but he told us the key worked fine after he checked it. He even delivered a cup of hot chocolate to me when I was in the waiting room. He made me very happy that morning. When I came into the main hall, the lady receptionist gave me warm greetings. I met the representative ,Lucy Hu, who helped me a lot when I bought this car 4 years ago and we had a friendly brief chat. I saw a female service advisor kneeled down to clean up the trash on the floor in the waiting room. The girl cashiers were very nice too. Even the man(tall) who delivered my car at the end was also friendly---he ran to get my vehicle after he checked my document. Last year when I had my car serviced at MainLine Honda, they miscalculated the price at the beginning, but they corrected it afterwards even though I didn't notice it. The only thing was the 2 hour waiting time. However it was not their problem because it was a Saturday and I was pre-cautioned by the lady when I called to make this appointment. So far I do not have any complaints about MailLine Honda. Good people, good jobs.

First time here, last time anywhere else. Easily one of the most enjoyable car leasing experiences ever. Allan called us back with information promptly and firmly giving us an idea of what leasing a Honda would be like. Since he was the first to respond and even follow up with a barbecue invitation, they were our first stop of the day. Our salesman, Patrick, made us feel like long time customers and in that probably made us one. Highly recommend if you want a no-nonsense deal. We walked in, saw the car we'd like, test drove it to be sure, grabbed a complimentary barbecued hot dog and soda, made an offer, and signed the lease within an hour of being there. Having planned to go elsewhere, it speaks to the quality of the car and service that our day started and stopped after pulling into Martin's Honda. Though it's probably not totally in your hands, Patrick was especially helpful as a salesman and someone to ask for. His stories alone made the necessary administrative waiting game breeze by. Couldn't have asked for a more pleasant leasing experience.

Last week, I visited Martin Main Line Honda knowing that I needed another Honda but unsure of what make, model, type, and financing. I met with Sales Rep Michael Salvo and he was a tremendous help. We test drove three different Honda Models and discussed the pro / con of each decision. The end result is that same day I leased and drove home with my new 2015 Honda Pilot. I am so happy with my decision and very appreciative of MIchael's assistance in the process. He was very professional, courteous, and knowledgable. From beginning to end it was seamless. Steve Bloomer, Jr, Nino Nicolaci, Allan Hall and Josh in Finance are AWESOME! Picture buying your next car from your living room and that's the experience you Get at Martin Main Line Honda. I never heard the word 'no'. Ive bought plenty of cars and shopped around before buying this one. In fact, they told me to shop around for the best deal and promised that they would beat it! They Did! I told them the car I wanted and they had that car on the lot in 24 hours. They worked around my busy schedule and Viola! I have a great new car at a fair price. Shop the other guys but BUY HERE! I hear from everyone that guys (Marcelli and Bloomer, Sr) in the Service Department are Top Notch too!
