I had a great experience with river source staff was great, the guys were great. If your looking for a fellowship and a great program its the place to be.

Staff is wonderful and 12 steps are explained better than other places. Great counseling sessions and on a holistic based program.

The River Source has a great 12 step recovery program. The staff from intake to completion of my treatment were great. I liked the holistic approach and my counselor spent a great deal of time with me to help in my recovery and the facility is outstanding.

My life was in the midst of falling apart. I was on the verge of losing everything. I decided that I needed help because my problem was bigger than me. The River Source advertised a holistic approach to recovery. I decided to give it a try, and let me say that it was the best decision I've made so far.

The intensive step group meetings, naturopathic clinic, diet regime, yoga, and counseling set my early recovery on a solid foundation. I highly recommend this program for anyone that is serious about their recovery.

I have struggled with substance abuse for many years. River Source gave me the help that I couldn't find for myself. They treat the mental side as well as the physical aspect of addiction. I feel I gained new hope by being here just 30 days. I feel like I have a new opportunity for life now thanks to River Source.

The 30-day program at River Source gave me a new perspective on treatment. I have been through in-patient treatment before, but when I left River Source I felt like I finally had the skills and mindset I needed to stay healthy. This is a unique place and perfectly suited for people who are serious about recovery. I would highly recommend it.

I am a 28 year old male who has struggled with a heavy addiction to alcohol for 10+ years. I have never been to treatment before. After finally deciding it was time to get help, I began researching different inpatient rehabilitation facilities. After alot of research into what seemed like the best place for me I decided on giving the River Source a shot for a 30 day program. They came highly recommended through other reviews. Those reviews could not be more accurate. From the first day I arrived, I was welcomed with open arms by staff and patients alike. I was thrown into the program almost immediately while also receiving the proper amount of medical attention. I had heard of A.A. and the 12 steps before, but never received the proper tools to know how to go forward in the program and obtain sobriety. Sobriety seemed like a pipe dream to me. The River Source gave me those tools and showed me how to go about living a life of sobriety. The program here works wonders and the staff goes above and beyond to help each patient out. To get the most out of The River Source I would come in open-minded. You will be amazed at what can happen in 30 days if you are ready to make a change in your life! Other notes: The food is great, the accommodations are standard but very comfortable, and the staff is excellent. If you want to give yourself a shot at a new life, give the River Source a shot.

I am a 30 yr old male.Been to inpatient 40 times! I strongly recommend Riversource! The accountability structure step work and program is by far the best I've ever been through!! I did the 30 day program at River Source in March of 2012. I am coming up on four years clean and sober. I had previously been to another facility in 2005 for a different addiction. However, River Source was definitely a better fit for me. River Source got involved with all parts of my body - including health and diet. I really feel that the River Sources system of healing the entire body (physical, emotional and mental) made a huge difference in my acceptance of their teachings and style of treatment. Other facilities just try to work with your habit; River Source was different. You get into how and why your habit was formed - as well as working with your overall addictive personality traits. I hope to never relapse. But, if I do.........I would go back to River Source in a heartbeat.

My stay at The Riversource was a great experience . I struggled with alcohol and drug addiction form many years, and when I decided to find help, I chose The Riversource. The staff is educated and professional. Their passion for their work is evident. The management made my stay at The Riversouce easy. I would high recommend The Riversource to anyone looking for a professional and effective rehabilitation program.

My stay at the River Source was a very positive experience. When I decided I needed treatment I started looking for a place to go. I wanted to be in the desert and somehow I ended up on the phone with Stephanie at the River Source. That was late Dec. 4th, Monday morning the 7th she called back and said there's a bed ready. Wow that was quick, and told I can't make it today, but I'll be there tomorrow. I had no idea what to expect, but after 30 days I knew I had made the right decision. They gave me the tools to use to continue my step work after my departure. All the people involved including speakers said the same thing, work the steps, form a daily personal relationship without GOD, and the start to live life as it is meant to be, not as the addicts conceived life. I know if I follow these steps I know I can achieve this. I would highly recommend the River Source to anyone with a goal of sobriety, they showed me so they can show anyone

The River Source is an excellent treatment facility in many aspects. The medical staff are extremely knowledgable and helpful. The included vitamin IV bags and orally administered amino acids speed up the detox process and reduce withdrawals. The facility and accommodations are exceptional and are kept clean by staff and patients. The behavioral health technicians and managerial staff are experienced in their field and extremely relatable. They are people that are easy to trust, and I have been able to open up to them about things I have never talked about in my life. The majority of the staff are in recovery themselves. They are not some doctor or psychiatrist sitting behind a desk with a diploma; these are people that have been in the trenches with us and have seen the damage that addiction inflicts on us and our families. The program itself has been exceptional. Groups are intimate and exhaustive. Days are full and I have found myself learning and occupied every day of my ninety-day stay at this facility. Three months sounded like a long time to be at treatment, but it has flown by because of the intensive work I have been doing while here. The individual counseling sessions are also extremely helpful, and the counselors are experienced in the field. I don't have much experience with treatment, but the River Source has to be one of the best facilities in the country. I have learned the skills I need to maintain long-term sobriety. I have finally found happiness. I am excited about life for the first time since I was a young child. I cannot recommend The River Source highly enough. Five stars.

My experience at the river source was amazing. I really learned the tools necessary to stay sober. I've been sober 60 days now and am transitioning to sober living and treatment plan consisting of day treatment, intensive out patient, and 90 meetings in 90 days. My life is the best it has ever been and am truly happy for the first time in many years. I would definitely recommend the river source to anyone who really wants to be sober and have a chance at a new life.

The River Source is the most amazing place ever and I can't recommend it highly enough!!! This place not only saved my life but has changed it for the better in every possible way.



I am from Kentucky and went to Arizona to get sober. I wasn't expecting much and had never been to rehab and had no knowledge of the 12 steps or sobriety in general.



I was obviously scared out of my mind and so sick when I first arrived but the staff was there for me every step of the way and walked me through the entire process easing many of my concerns and alleviating a lot of my discomfort.



In the 30 days I spent here I went through a dramatic transformation physically, emotionally, and spiritually. The groups and activities offered each day were so vital to my recovery and growth. As my 30 days was coming to a close the staff was fantastic helping me put my continuing care into place. Upon their suggestion, I decided to stay in Arizona and it has been the best decision for me and my sobriety. The fellowship here is incredible and some of my best friends are people that were in treatment with me at The River Source.



Words cannot express my gratitude for this place and the people in it! Literally saved my life! Forever thankful for the staff and that there is a place as amazing as this to help people like me who had given up on life and thought I was doomed to a using life of misery.



I'm a week away from 4 months sober, which is the longest period of sobriety I've ever had. Thank you River Source!
