Mint dentistry is the absolute BEST dentist office I have EVER been too! From the front staff to the clinical staff, everyone was all about my best interest as a patient! The office was clean and the staff was compassionate and knowledgeable! FOREVER A PATIENT AT MINT DENTISRTY!!!!

Let's start off by me saying this assembly line dental office is the worst. They believe that by providing the Dre beats, Netflix, and massaging chair will make up for their poor service and lack of personalism. I went for a broken tooth. They did the exam and I was advising my tooth had been fractured and it needed to be extracted. Okay fine. I waiting an hour between the time the game plan was made of what they were going to do and the time the dentist actually performed the extraction. Within a 20 min time frame (after the hour wait) a total of 3 different dentist had their hands in my mouth. Which was completely odd. I asked why? They stated because if the patient is not ready (because the hygienist failed to do their job by removing my wire out of my braces) and the dentist have to step to another patient, then the patient gets whoever (another dentist) is available next. (So much for building a rapport with your dentist, your are obviously a number and not a patient). Anyway! So they extracted the tooth and off I went, back to work! (Yes I'm a trooper). I took the Norco 5mg that was provided to me before their meds wore off. The next day I woke up in pain, drank a protein shake and took the pills. They worked half the day and I was back in pain. I took a 800mg Motrin and later after work two more Norcos. I went to sleep. The next day same thing, I drank a protein shake popped two Norcos and later another 800mg Motrin. Around noon I was speaking to people between my teeth. I had to cancel my 2:15 meeting because I was in no shape to facilitate it. I called the dentist office and advised them of my situation. Eric told me that he asked "around" and Norco is their strongest pills. He placed me on hold 4 times only to tell me the same thing. (Poor kids he was really in the line of fire). I advised him that this can't be possible because a doctor can write a prescription for whatever it is they deem fit. After being hung up on 3 times, abruptly transferred to his peer and her giving me attitude I finally got to speak with a doctor. The doctor refuses to call in a different prescription. Telling me that I had to come back in to be re examined when I just left her office on Tuesday and it's Thursday. I live 45 mins away and I have a freaking career. I advised that I could not keep taking time off work. I'm not a drug addict I just want to be free of pain in my mouth that I can now feel in my ear. They are completely disconnected from their patience and show no empathy in these types of cases. Because my old dentist knew me, he would have known that I would only call and ask for different meds only if I really needed it. However because I'm just a number at Mint Dentistry, everyone is treated like a drug abuser. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE. I will find a private dentist of my own. I strongly suggest you do the same. I can see if it was a week or two later. They can't possible think that all medication work for every patient. Want to know what's crazy? My OBGYN wrote me a prescription for my pain he felt so bad for me. I can't believe this big pretty office does business and treats their patience in such a tasteless manner. I even told them I would bring the remaining Norco back to the pharmacy to trade for something that works. Again NO BUENO!!! Smh....word of mouth is powerful. It has the ability to make or break a company! IM JUST SAYING!!

I went to mint dentistry in Arlington and I want everyone to know that the service there was second to none. The staff were almost angelic. I couldn't have asked for a cleaner or more comfortable experience at the dental office.

Mint Dentistry is the best dentist office I have ever been to. The whole experience is just unique. The building is very nice and clean! The staff is extremely friendly and does everything to make sure you're comfortable. They offer things that no other dentist I have ever been to has, from the music, to Netflix, Hulu and the back massaging chairs. They are also very afforable. More importantly they take care of your teeth, I have never had such a thorough teeth cleaning. The whitening trays are definitely something you should try as well. They make the trays in office so there no wait for them and I saw results almost immediately with no sensitivity after using the product. I would recommend this place to anyone!
