I've been going to Betty (shop owner) 5 years. She does great, quality work and her prices are very reasonable!

Really fast and really great job!! I get a full sew in and my sister gets box braids and they always hook it up for a really great price! They let you know what will look the best based on what you want! I really recommend this place if you want great quality great pricing and great service!

I showed them the picture of how i wanted my hair, ended up leaving early because i became ill, was suppose to go back the next day to finish up. When I looked in the mirror when I got home, the hairstyle was HORRIBLE. There was BIG spacing between each braid. I asked could I have HALF of my money back and they said "no, you already paid and we don't give money back". First of all, while I was there, the supervisor was telling an employer that the person they had styled the other day that they gave them ALL of their money back because they did not like the hairstyle! But it's sad how I asked for just HALF of my money, then they lied and said " we never give money back". I will NEVER go back here, and will advise others not to either!! Wasted $250! If I could post pictures I would, horrible experience!

Super Braids is the place to go for SUPER fast service and a SUPER look.

I just loooovvvve my cornrows. It was done really fast and the environment is good plus the braiders are so respectful. I'm definitely coming back here.

I like the time it took for my braids to be completed but some of the braids had strands out of it and not fully neat few hours later.

I absolutely love this place. This was my 2nd time coming to this place and I never leave disappointed. I tell always get compliments on my braids wherever I go. Mrs. Betty is funny to say the least but for sure friendly and helpful in picking hair and guiding the other stylist on what I needed and wanted. All the ladies make you feel extremely welcome. I definitely recommend Super braids and weaving salon to anyone. OH and I was in at 10am and was done and out by 1pm. I had four ladies working no stop on my head. AMAZING!!

I went to super braiding and they were neat and very professional. 3 people did my braids in 3 hours. Thanks so much. Very sweet ladies

I love the fact that my braids are super neat and nice. She did not braid my thoughts and she cared about my edges. Love it!!

When I call to make an appointment. Ms Betty was very nice and polite. I just assume she would be the one doing my hair. When I arrived at the shop. Ms Betty was not there. Some of the other ladies in the shop started to work on my head. Before it was all over with I had 3 individuals working on my hair. I would not advise this everyone do not braid the same. They completed the job and once finishing their part. Each individual got up and just left. I had one employee working on my hair. She spray a little oil sheen on my hair ask me how I like it. Before I could say a word she informed me her husband was outside to pick her up. Ms Betty had collected all money and was gone. So rather I like my hair or not who could I tell everyone that was working on my head had left. And Ms Betty was gone also. I left not a happy customers. After a week my braids started to fall out. I call Ms Betty and she explained I could come back and get them re-done. The individual redone some of them. So I left and went home to find out she had not done a good job. Went back the next day and explained to Ms Betty she did not do a good job. They started explaining your hair is short and braids will not stay. I explained this should have been told to me when they were braiding my hair and not after the affect. So I just said forget it. I have not had my hair done a month and it look horrible. I will never go back to this shop or recommend anyone. To me they are very unprofessional. Ms Betty should hair professional to work in her shop not just individual who want money. Bad experience. Wasted money.

Betty at Super Braid and Weaving has been braiding my hair for eight years. I always have a great experience when I go and never have to wait before I'm in a chair. I always get compliments on how nice and neat my braids look no matter what style I get. I would recommend them to anyone who's looking for quality service!

To all the ladies with longer and thicker hair.....do not come here! I got micro-braids, I specifically requested that they braid my REAL hair all the way down. Did they do that? Hell no. Where I'm from....people make 18 inches work, so I don't know what the problem was. I will never go back there. In order to prevent my real hair from breaking off, I have to undo every braid that's not braided all the way down. Oh and if they have a problem with your request...they'll speak in their native language. Unprofessional and inconsiderate.

I was super excited to get Senegalese twists and saw very good reviews on this salon so I decided that this was the place. I got in no problem for an appt and they got right to it as soon as I walked in the door. Had the owner not asked me to pay so she could leave before my hair was done and I not felt rushed, I'm sure it would have been a much better experience. So don't go on a Sunday if you want them to take their time and get it right. I ended up being the only one left in the salon so I had 4 ladies working on my head at once. It was a little weird but made it go by quicker. The only thing is I had to pull apart braids in different sections of my hair because a strand from this persons braid was in another, etc. So I'm sure I'm gonna have a lot of breakage from that.



I've only had them in two days and I'm already seeing lots of loosening in certain sections of my hair which worries me for the long haul. Maybe my expectations were a little high but for $200, I feel I have that right.



I had planned on trying to keep these in for 2 months (getting them refreshed after 1 month) but we shall see what happens. I love the style and all the possibilities but I'm not real excited about my hair looking 2 weeks old after only 2 days...

After a lengthy search for a stylist with GOOD reviews, I ran across Betty's salon. I decided to give her a try. I called her this morning and she politely asked when I would like to come in and quoted my price. I arrived to find her salon in full swing and was greeted promptly. One young lady started on my micros and I was finished by another very polite young lady(Hilda). I noticed that Betty kept a watchful eye on her patrons and staff, which was much appreciated. Betty and her staff definately breaks the stereotype of the rude African braider. Because WE DO NOT HAVE TO GIVE OUR HARD EARNED MONEY TO RUDE STYLIST! I will definately return to Betty's salon.

I have been going to Betty Bright for what seems like a a decade I actually followed her from sister sister when she brached off to presue owenership of Super Braids .

The name say's it all you will feel pamperd Betty will make you feel special like your a super star its all about you when your in her chair.

You can drop in anytime knowing that she will take time out are have one of her employees to assit.you ASAP.
