My experience with Dr. Goldstein began with my eyes and glasses and has been so overwhelmingly positive that I now consult with him before considering / doing anything with my eyes and face. I had upper eyelid surgery and am happy with the results. I deeply trust Dr. Goldstein and know that I will get both the best advice as well as the best results.

I had an upper lid blepharoplasty. Dr Goldstein used a laser for the incisions. I was able to have the procedure with minimal IV sedation. Admission to discharge took about two hours. Postoperatively, I had absolutely no eyelid pain. I had an occasional mild headache readily relieved by Tylenol. I am five weeks post-op now. My incisions are barely visible with my lids closed, and not at all with them open. I'm extremely happy with my results.

Dr. Goldstein and staff were clear and helpful throughout my preparatory process, the actual procedure and my recovery. I knew what to expect and what to do, and many thanks to Dr. Goldstein for checking on me the night of the surgery. My recovery has gone smoothly and I am very pleased with the results!

Dr. Goldsein's quite demeanor is a comfort when anticipating and experiencing surgery. He is one of a kind.

Although I have had many surguries in my past, the idea of having an eyelid surgery for tosis and being awake was a bit freaky and unnerving leading up to he event.

Dr. Goldstein calmed my fears by explaining everything carefully as well as providing written instructions to have on hand and read before and after the procedure.

He also explained everything that was happening during the surgery.

Assistants/contact lens specialists are completely thorough - and patient with my need to ask questions. Dr. G. has sometimes acted as if he is in a big hurry to move on. Even though my vision needs may be considered slight from his perspective, they are huge to me.

I think Dr. G. is an eye physician of exceptional skill and would not want to be transferred. I believe he will be able to take care of my eyes as they age... and all the fun that comes with that!

I trust Dr Goldstein and I am glad he has a practice here in Asheville. I am very happy with the appearance of my eyes with out bags underneath them! My left eyelid still has healing to do before I can tell if it looks improved as I expect it to.

He was a great doctor! he took care of me very well. He explain everything step by step very well to where I understood everything. His staff is very sweet, nice and very welcoming.
