First off, reading the reviews I was a little confused. It was either amazing or terrible. But I decided to take my chances and call them. I spoke with their customer service rep and was pleasantly surprised. After being quoted for way under what I expected I committed and set my pickup date. The movers were 15 minutes early but I appreciate punctuality. We got everything packed and loaded safely. My only issue would be that I wanted the move done in 3 days rather than 4 but I gladly took the extra day just to ensure the safety of my belongings instead of zooming down the freeway no holds barred! They moved all the boxes and furniture to the correct rooms and the movers were nothing but respectful the entire time. I enjoyed the experience and truly don't understand how some could have such a negative experience with such a professional company. I also wanted to send a special thanks to the movers by writing a review. Honesty should be rewarded!

Alliance saved me. I had to move out of my apartment in New York to Kansas where I knew ZERO people and I have really heavy furniture. I am just so glad the movers were courteous and hard working. I was anxious that my belongings might be damaged or misplaced and I'm happy to say not a thing was gone or lost. The entire move was over in 3 days. Cheap, easy, great service.

Let me start off by saying that I was very impressed with their speed. I gave them only two days to pack and unpack a truck and travel across multiple states because of my work schedule. My leaving and start date were so close I just wanted to get everything done with the move as quickly as possible. I was willing to pay any extra rush costs, expecting at least a 50% increase only to be pleasantly surprised at the deal I was offered. The movers managed to do everything without me lifting a finger. And not a thing was missing or damaged which is completely unheard of, even if I moved it myself. I somehow always manage to misplace something during a move. All in all, Alliance exceeded my already high expectations.

My company, KJ Processing, recently moved headquarters to Baltimore and we had trouble finding a company that could handle the responsibility and sheer amount of expensive hardware that needed to be moved and replaced carefully. I arranged the service with Alliance myself and I could not be more pleased with the service or the price. They facilitated an entire corporate relocation and stored items in a warehouse for us. It made moving easier, and the professionalism was impeccable.

I'm a lieutenant for USMC and my job requires me to move often. I left VA and just moved CA. Alliance provides special military discounts and makes the constant moving a lot easier. Other than the movers help packing and unpacking the truck, they helped me find storage and moved my truck cross country so I wouldn't have to drive it for days. Alliance really is the best and I'll use them every time.

These guys are the best in the business. I cannot believe how great the movers were. My friends and I were laughing along and helping lift heavy couches, I couldn't believe they made moving fun. LOL! Even with all the fun we were having we got everything done on time and packed up on time. Even getting the furniture and all my stuff to my new house promptly. I also had them do an unpacking service where they helped us take the boxes and unpack. I highly suggest you get it all done and just order the extra service. It saved so much time, weeks! Definitely worth the money. The movers were honest and there were no items missing or damaged.

Moving every two years for the past 10 years has been a nightmare. My family finally convinced me to use a moving company to save me some stress and time. So I put my information up and got a few calls. After dealing with a sleazy salesman a chose Alliance for their great reviews. I ended up getting quoted for much under what I was expecting and saving money is always great. Full service. Down to unloading the truck. Communication, promptness, and professionalism were top notch. Great people who were very friendly. It was as if I was moving with friends.

I called Alliance Moving Services in regards to helping me move from From New York to Florida. I had no time to pack so I used the full service moving package. I was honestly worried that they might break something while packing. This company got right to work as soon as they entered. They knew exactly what they were doing and asked any questions if they didnt know. They took their time with all of my furniture and packed them away neatly. They told me that I should just sit down and relax and let them handle everything. They reassured me that everything will get to Florida on time and in one piece. Before I knew it my house of 26 years was completely empty. They not only packed everything up for me but they drove it to my new house. We arrived to FL around the same time as planned and everything was okay. I just wanted to thank this company for doing such a great job.

Long story short. They were quick, friendly, and helped me out a LOT. I didn't have anyone in CA who could help me unpack a truck. I chose only to have them load and unload my boxes and used their truck service. But it still took a lot of weight off my shoulders. The guys were friendly and showed up on time to both locations which I thought would be impossible. Everything got done. Nothing was broken or missing. Great service. Two thumbs up!

Low price, impeccable customer service, and prompt service made the entire moving experience bearable. I'm not gonna lie. Moving sucks. But alliance took most of the stress off and gave me time to handle more important matters than packing boxes. They came on time, nothing was lost or damaged. Honest movers. Nothing expensive missing. These guys were professionals. Spoke English and talked to me about what I wanted where, which you don't get with most companies. They just shove your stuff anywhere and then leave. But they cared. Absolutely worth it.

I ain't the best at reviews but Alliance did a heck of a good job. I had to move a mess of custom furniture and my wife's china that has been in her family for years. We were very worried about our irreplacable items being stolen. But we had to move from our home of 15 years in about a week and needed the help of a moving company. We looked through the reviews on this site actually and found so many great reviews for Alliance. So we called and got set up super quickly. The customer service first caught my eye and then when it came to moving day, I knew I had the right first impression. The guys that came over were so dang helpful and careful. I wouldn't even put in as much effort moving my own things as the movers did! All of my stuff was moved into my new home with care and the guys were a lot of fun. Professional but still friendly and willing to help with just about anything. They arrived at the new place an hour early and still finished and managed not to damage anything. I'm an old fashioned guy and if theres anything I can appreciate hard work, and hard work done right. Alliance knows what they're doing.

Let me start this by saying I had a big problem.

When I was looking for company I actually confused this Alliance with another moving company by the same name. I ordered and got quoted for about 2,500 from them. I thought that was reasonable until a week before moving day I called THIS Alliance to confirm my truck size and ask a couple questions. They had no recollection of my order, and I was extremely confused and angry until I got transferred to James Vincent the manager. He calmed me down and walked me through my order, trying to solve the problem. We eventually figured out that I had made the mistake of confusing the companies. We got to talking and he quoted me for only 1800! I was sold by his professionalism. They got me to switch companies over the phone. And I'm so glad I did. I saved a huge amount of money and they managed to get all my items and valuables placed in my new home in a jiffy. Everything looked just like it did at home. No boxes laying around for weeks. The movers were quiet and worked hard. No leisure or smoke breaks. My wife was so happy to have them there she made lemonade for them. Everything was in place and if you can believe it not one box or item missing. Moving companies (especially Alliance) save time and money. I hope to not move soon but if I do you can bet I would use Alliance again.

Early this year my wife and I moved from Tampa to Atlanta. A friend recommended Alliance and I'm sure glad I took his advice. These guys were very professional, on time at both addresses and were very pleasant to deal with. Also, their rates were very competitive. I hope to never move again but if I do, I'm calling Alliance.

My family and I moved from Miami, FL to Richmond, VA for the better schools and to get away from the hustle of the big city. I was adamant against using a moving company. I thought they would steal valuables or ruin furniture. But I was wrong! The movers who came to my Miami home were nothing but professional and honest. Not a thing was missing and they managed to do everything within our time crunch. They even handled my wife's (hate to say it) micromanaging, with grace. When she decided that our heavy leather couch would look better downstairs after they already moved it to the second floor, not one man groaned. I am incredibly impressed with Alliance. For the best mover's around I would recommend these guys.

My husband and I love Alliance! I was so WOW`ed by thier professionalism. They showed up at the confirmed time and even delivered the product on time. 3 days across the country? I thought it was ambitious but they really knew what they were doing. My husband and I showed up to the new home an hour after the movers and they were still working diligently when most people would have goofed around. None of my items or expensive belongings were taken or damaged, something that has happened before. But all in all Alliance was amazing!

My daughter told me about Alliance, when I was moving from Connecticut to New Hampshire. She said they were the best company she ever used, she moves around a lot as an army wife. So I took her word for it, and called them. Best decision I ever made moving. Moving with just family to help was so frustrating and stressful. Something always got damaged and lost. Dealing with the Uhaul was just an extra stressor. But Alliance took care of everything. Cost effective. Not a single thing damaged or missing. Good men. Great service. I'm gonna refer these guys to anyone I know

Alliance. Is by FAR my favorite moving company. I've used others I will not name and Alliance my last move. But time and time again, they impress and excede my hopes. Both times I got incredible movers willing to help with just about anything. From helping me transport a HUGE oak desk downstairs to dismantling a bookcase so it wouldn't be damaged in the move. They were more focused on maintaining the integrity of my things then just getting the job done. I am VERY impressed by Alliance's continual professionalism. And at such a great price who could say no?

Let me just stsrt off by saying that I never write reviews. But Alliance was so gosh darn impressive I had to! These boys were so great, carrying heavy couchs and cabinets with no complaint and no DAMAGE! I was so shocked. I mean moving as far as I have I figured there would at least be a little something wrong but everything was a snap. Gracious, friendly, I almost want to move again. But really the service for the price was unbeatable. Don't call anyone else, this company knows their clients and does everything they can at such a great price.

I have been moving around my whole life and have done hours of research and went through all kinds of companies and have never found one as great as Alliance. Customer Service to the Delivery was just spectacular and I would recommend using Alliance anytime your moving!

I have used other companies in the past and my items were often slightly damaged or late. It was annoying but a small inconvenience. But with Alliance, my valuables were handled with extreme care and still arrived on time. Even across states, the movers were careful with my furniture and made sure not to risk their integrity just to arrive early. But they were still on time! I'm shocked and impressed with the professionalism and courtesy. Overall, a great experience that raised the bar. I will be sure to use Alliance anytime I move and tell all my friends!
