Kind compassionate took the time to explain everything to me.

I thought she was awesome. My SO didn’t like her using tongue depressors to apply ointment; he felt she should have used q-tips.

Doctor was very nice and gave all she could she made me feel good and took good care of me and also the nursers and I appreciate it so much and highly recommend this to anyone who has allergies

She was very attentive and heard my concerns. Her and her staff was very friendly, they did all the allergy tests necessary that would help me get started with my allergy shots

Dr. Kopyltsova was genuinely concerned for my well-being from start to finish. She gave me all of the facts and options while completely leaving the decision up to me. Usually, doctors are rushing you out the door and don't take the time to even listen to you, but that was not the case at all for this doctor. She was extremely helpful and guided me through all of my options and supported me completely. She ordered all the tests necessary to come up with a solution at that moment and was very empathetic to my health issues. Great doctor, great experience overall, I wish all my doctors were like Dr. Kopyltsova. Thank you!

Excellant experience. Travel from Brooklyn to Astoria to see her. She is always available and explains everthing so you can understand. I heighly recommend her.

She is one of the best , she know how to deal with kids, my daughter lover her so much .

The doctor and the nurse practitioner (Krystal) were, in an understatement, phenomenal! They were so throughout in explaining every detail in a clear and calm language. I felt genuinely listened to and comforted. An allergy test in undoubtedly an uncomfortable experience but they somehow put me at a "spa-like" ease. I felt like I was with a friend but also someone so competent and in control. They are obviously intelligent in their field but exceed expectations in their communication and bedside manner. I wish I could have them for all my medical needs. I feel completely confident with my health in their hands and would highly recommend them to anyone in the future.

She really takes the time to understand what is happening with me and she is always putting me on the right track. She does tests every once in a while to see where I'm at. My allergies usually came up once or twice a year with a full-body reaction, but ever since I started seeing her and going on her medications my allergies have gotten under control! Truly someone I would recommend.
