She was attentive, patient and answered all my questions. I never once felt rushed. All the medical options including pros and cons were clearly explained to me.

Dr. Kopyltsova is very knowledgable and empathic doctor. She spends a lot of time and listens carefully.

Dr. Kopyltsova was genuinely concerned for my well-being from start to finish. She gave me all of the facts and options while completely leaving the decision up to me. Usually, doctors are rushing you out the door and don't take the time to even listen to you, but that was not the case at all for this doctor. She was extremely helpful and guided me through all of my options and supported me completely. She ordered all the tests necessary to come up with a solution at that moment and was very empathetic to my health issues. Great doctor, great experience overall, I wish all my doctors were like Dr. Kopyltsova. Thank you!
