No heat due to furnace not working properly. I called Heritage who in fact installed the furnace 4 years ago. They sent out a service tech (Rodney) to our home. Rodney reviewed the issues with me, explaining to me the problems he found after his tests. He replaced the failed parts and had the furnace running properly in no time at all. Rodney also talked about other services the company had to offer which was good to know. The next time I call Heritage for service or maint. I will ask for Rodney, I hope Heritage will comply. Thanks again Rodney.

I've been using Heritage for over 8 years! John installed a new water heater for me. He provided great service, was very courteous and answered all of my questions. He called to let me know when he would arrive and how long it would take. He thorughly checked everything when he was completed and asked if I had any other questions. He also provided me with information regarding other services offered and other issues to watch out for. He definitely is an asset to your organization! Thanks again John!

Our furnace stopped working, and we called Heritage. Rodney was the technician who fixed it, and he did a great job explaining what the problem was and how he fixed it. Highly recommended.

He called to verify his arrival and was clean and neat in perforing the service. He fully explained what he was doing and what was needed and then ensured that I understood the charges. He was very pleasant.
