Straight forward and didn't hassle me with extra unnecessary add ons. They could of detailed my car though that would've been nice.

I was looking for a Nissan Xterra for a while and was very frustrated by the customer service and lack of negotiation I was receiving from other dealerships. I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at Auburn Auto. Demetrius Green was my salesperson and actually made my car buying experience FUN! I told him I was there to make a deal and that is what we did. I will recommend Demetrius and Metro Nissan in the future. BTW...I LOVE my new Nissan Xterra!!

Without a doubt this was the best experience I have ever had in 45 years of buying and selling vehicles. This kind of experience doesn't happen by accident; owner Mike Loberg and Rick Balch in sales are long-time auto professionals who know how to treat customers and structure transactions that work for all parties concerned. Everyone in the organization went out of their way to answer my questions and make sure I had all the information I needed to make the correct decision. Their patience in allowing me two twenty minute test drives and negotiating my trade-in and financing were outstanding.

My sister and I were just doing a little "window shopping" just to see what was out there and test drive a few cars. We went to 2 other dealerships on auburn way and ended up here. We saw a Chrysler that was very nice, so we test drove it, and had to have it. Gil was very nice and has a good sense of humor. We did not intend on purchasing a car this day,, but ended driving off the lot in a beautiful car, for a GREAT DEAL. we will definitely be returning and recommend these guys to everyone. Thanks Gil

This was the 3rd lot I went to. It was by far the cleanest. I was mortified after talking to the first two lots and seen this lot. They quickly helped me, easily got me into a car within my monthly payments and exactly what I could afford. It was refreshing to not be pushed into what u can't. Nice to be taken seriously. You can tell that good customer service is the #1 priority for this dealer. I always check out their bargains and have turned some friends on to them.
