This was a great idea! We had a great time and it was cheaper than a hotel. we had a great time and cant wait to do it again! This was a great family outing were not soon to forget!

We decided to try before you buy and wanted to rent an RV before we made the commitment. It was a great experience and put us right in most of the spots we wanted to be without moving luggage or really checking in anywhere. We like the freedom it provides and will be joining the club. This place was a great help!

Once I got used to driving a bigger vehicle and paying a little extra attention, I was comfortable with it. The best part was having so many great places at our doorstep. This was a great family experience!

We've never used an RV before but we wanted a rig to have for the Old Settler's Music Festival at Camp Ben McCulloch. Rob explained everything so clearly it was easy to operate everything and we had a great time! Thanks everyone.

My family and I had a great RV trip thanks to American Adventures. It was our first time with an RV so we were nervous about driving and operating one. The team was so great and they made all the differences from the average vehicle clear, giving us the knowledge and confidence to travel safely. We had no issues whatsoever on our trip. A great place and people to rent from. Our RV adventure was quite the trip with our 4 kids, but AARV was able to make it a pleasurable as possible. We never had a single problem with the RV, and they were kind enough to recommend a couple of RV parks we could stop at along the way to Portland.

Do not do business with this company for any reason. Read the reviews and take their advice. These people are very dishonest. We try to tell everyone and anyone we know do not for any reason do business with this company. There are many other very reputable and honest RV rental companies in Austin. Run, Run, Run. They will keep your money and lie straight to your face.

Wow, I wish I had found the previous review before I made the mistake of renting an RV here. The previous reviewer was dead on, this business is not up front. They seem very friendly and honest before they take your money for a rental but when you return beware! If you must rent with this place I suggest you use a video camera prior to leaving the lot, get the rental agreement ahead of time and ask your lawyer to look it over, and use a credit card that will allow you to dispute the inevitable bogus rental "fees".

BEWARE!! This business has no idea what customer service means. They are not upfront and honest with their contractual rental agreement terms. Be sure to get the rental agreement in advance and read it carefully. If you have a problem after fees have been paid, the standard response is, "Too bad, there is no refund.". If you are looking into renting a RV, do yourself a favor, avoid this business and go to a more reputable dealer in the area.
