Leslie who is the Central District Manager has also been pleasant, easy to work with and very understanding. Today, I had the pleasure of meeting Texie and she helped me renew the lease in a way that was simple and painless. She's also a total sweetheart. It made me happy to continue renting from Rainier Management. I hope Rainier continues to be shaped by it's outstanding staff and finds a way to assist its clients through prioritizing service first and in a way that creates mutual respect between clients, staff, and the organization.

My experience at Oak Park has been nothing less than exceptional. A large part of that is due to Texie. She was the first person I met in the office, and the instant I met her, she made me feel like home.

I just had to thank you and all the staff here at Oak Park. I am thrilled with my new fridge. It was frustrating for it to fist lose all coolness and then freeze everything and I had to throw away a lot of food, but Jose came immeadiately to check things out and worked hard to replace parts. Then Don stepped in when it got complicated and made quick decsions when it was obvious the fridge was dying. Both guys were professional and really acted like they cared about my probkem. You acted so swiftly . My new fridge came much faster than I ever expected. Thanks to you all for being so nice.

The neighborhood feels safe.

I live in Oak Park Apartments for 2 years. I love living there. It's very quiet, there is a lot of green, I love the pool, my neighbors do not give me problems.

The cleaning and maintenance and the office staff are wonderful. Especially Leslie Marcus Don.

I feel very secure living at a Rainier property. Office staff and maintenance personnel are responsive and awesome!

The management office has always been very helpful when I've had issues.When I call management, someone was at my door in less than 20 minutes and got to work right away. They've also been very responsive to issues , and they're just generally very pleasant people. It's definitely a professional and friendly operation.

Everything was first-rate.The apartment was cleaner than just about any other new apartment I've ever moved in to. The floors looked brand new.

The maintenance people here are very good. All of the staff makes things happen when you need them.

The Su Casa neighborhood is super cute and great to walk around. The complex is quiet and neighbors are all pretty low-key.
