I had a great experience. Olga was amazing. She gave me so much input and advice. She is so creative and made me love every dress. I don't know which one I love most. She is incredible and gave us a wonderful experience.

Sarah made us feel so comfortable at Serendipity. She picked out the perfect dresses and was very encouraging to help me find what I was looking for. I loved my experience here.

I went into the store primarliy for the trunk show to see some dresses that they wouldnt normally have. It was my first time trying on a dress and I found it! I had my dress in an hour! I ended up buying a sample of a dress that I thought I could never afford and it fit like a glove, only the hem would need to be altered. The consultant was wonderful and patient and never made me feel bad for not only trying on all full retail gowns. Towards the end of the appointment two other consultants were rude though, one just walked in the room and left the door open while she got a number off a gown as I am there in my undies and never said sorry or nocked or anything. I was there with one of my bridesmaids and she was trying on a couple dresses as I was trying on just to get an idea, well we found the dress and then another consultant finding this out just came in the room and started hanging dresses for one of her girls, which was fine except she couldnt wait one minute for my bridesmaid to get dressed before opening the door. My consultant was awesome but the others were a little iffy. I would go there again, actually I am since my wedding venue and time of year changed and I need a new dress now.
