I had a great experience with the Bakersfield Mercedes dealership. My sales person, Campbell, made the whole buying process so much easier than I thought it would be. I had to special order my vehicle and the wait was dreadful, but Campbell kept up with me and let me know the progress of the car. After the car arrived he thoroughly took the time to tell me all about the car and the special features that I probably never would have known about. And what makes him so awesome is that he found some scratches that happened during the service that I probably would have completely missed! I'm so glad he did because I would've been pretty mad if I had to pay for something I didn't even do. But to sum things up, I really had an great buying experience and I definitely recommend you hitting up Campbell if you want a smooth and awesome buying experience!

Going to an dealer for repair always makes me nervous because I know as a single girl without a lot of car knowledge, I could certainly be taken advantage of. These guys are great though and have explained everything to me in great detail without being condescending or shady. I initially only went here when I was looking for a close place to get my car inspected, but after reading all the reviews I began bringing my car here for other issues as well. This past winter, my car would not start for a good 15 minutes before magically coming to life for just enough time to drive here. I called the shop on the way telling them the situation and my suspicions that my battery needed to be changed. They were waiting for me when I got there, and sure enough, changed the battery with no problem at all.The next time I went in was because my brakes had started making a light sqealing sound and I wanted them to check it out just in case. After only about an hour, a technician had looked at my car and assessed that while my brakes would need to be changed at some point, they still had another couple of oil changes to go before that happened. However, he was worried about the condition for two of my tires due to dry rot. Sure enough, even after inspecting them myself, I agreed with them. Considering I was about to drive to San Diego the following weekend, I was very glad they caught this before hand. They definitely could have ignored the tire situation completely and suggested new brakes for this visit, but they didn't, showing me they truly have integrity in their work. Overall, this will remain my go-to auto shop in Kern County.

I'm going to make this short and sweet. I've purchased two used Mercedes' here and their staff is great. Campbell was a fantastic to work with and I highly recommend him to anyone that is planning on buying here.Hopefully, what will mean even more, because I live in Los Angeles, and we have multiple Mercedes dealerships down here. I will likely be purchasing my third Mercedes soon, and will still be purchasing at Mercedes-Benz of Bakersfield (from Campbell). It will be well worth the 2 hour drive.

MB Bakersfield is a serious car dealership. I went in there the other day to scope out new cars, and I was majorly impressed with the sales team. Unlike most car salesman I have dealt with in the past, the guy who helped me here was really knowledgeable and not pushy in the least. Great English accent (I think) and he showed me the selection they had and took his time as we looked around. I really thought the salesman was awesome. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a Toyota, without a doubt, they have some of the most friendly salesmen.

Here on memorial day... Just chillin in this place waiting on my new ride to get all cleaned up... though I would post up about this place.I must say this place is hopping! We were looking at some other joints and the whole automall was like a ghost town. Not here though.. There are people everywhere. They must be doing something right. They got two guys BBQing on the side - all the sales people are flying around.. its a whos who of in town peeps. So glad we came here... best decision of my car buying life.

Friendliest and most professional staff I've ever worked with. The location is perfect and easy to find, the selection was incredible (almost overwhelming) and the customer service was over the top. I highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Bakersfield.

I just moved to Bakersfield after having purchased a new Mercedes in another state, and needed to find a dealer for my first service. I was very impressed with the service department -- they were very friendly, thorough, and finished my service quicker than expected. I went on a weekday morning and was in and out in no time. Will definitely be returning.

Went here thinking it was going to be too expensive... but i just wanted to see how the other half live. Long story short, this place made miracles happen and I am now a proud Mercedes Benz owner. Best customer experience ever. Smooth sales process. Fair prices (obviously the best you can get in the Central Valley and even LA) and an awesome Service. Brian has been my advisor and he was just great. I will definitely go back there and can recommend this to anybody.

Here is a dealership that makes it very easy to buy a car. The staff isvery straightforward and honest. The inventory surpasses any dealership in the area. Beautiful, comfortable lounge area and the service department isvery good.

Having been to Sangera to service my past 2 Mercedes vehicles, I knew what great customer service they had in their service department. This past weekend, I walked into their sales department to purchase a new vehicle, and Campbell was the sales associate that assisted me throughout the whole process. He couldn't have been more patient and understanding! The whole process took less than 2 hours and I walked out of there on Saturday with the time and energy to actually get my other errands done! All of my other sales experiences at different dealerships do not even compare to what I experienced at Mercedes-Benz of Bakersfield. Campbell took the extra time and care to help set up the bluetooth in my new vehicle, which I appreciated. The customer service at Sangera is unbeatable in my opinion.
