I love Dr Carpenter's office, the staff is AWESOME!!! Once again I'm grateful! Dr. Carpenter and his staff changed my life!

Carolyn is a true PRO at her task - most pain-free cleaning in all my life. Each step was thoroughly explained by her, then by Dr. Carpenter when he made his examination. The only continuing concern I have is billing/fees. When I called to inquire as to all fees for cleaning & request the codes for my dental insurance, I came away expecting to pay the full $185 the day of service. I was surprised later to learn at check out that was not the case. My insurance would be filed and any small amount I may owe would be billed to me. My only previous experience for services here has been cash up front, so the office should not assume patients are fully aware of billing expectations without volunteering this info up front when appointments are made. Aside from that concern, I am most pleased with Dr. Carpenter's level of care and that of his hygienist, Carolyn.

YOUR STAFF IS ALWAYS VERY FRIENDLY TO ME. I FELT I WAS A PRIORITY PATIENT SINCE I GOT IN THE SAME DAY I NEEDED THE PROCEDURE.

This is the third BMW that I have purchased. My experience with Danny Saboor was by far the best. He is an exceptional salesman and very attentive to me and the details of the care. We appreciated his expertise and his competence.
