My husband and I were very happy with everyone at Bud's. We came in and test drove the 2011 Hyundai Elantra on a very wintry January day and when we told Tom our salesman that we were not ready to decide on purchasing just then he was very kind and said he understood. He even said he could hold the car a day or so and we left . We never felt pressured and we liked that. After much consideration we did return in a few days and purchased the Elantra. Tom again was great and so was Eric Smith who did our paperwork. We would definitely recommend Bud's!

3 hour drive but completely worth it! Tom was fantasic to work with and answered all of my first time car buyer questions. I was offered top dollar for my trade and was extremely comfortable with my new payments. Bud's Auto was a great first buying experience! I love my pre owned 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander!

So refreshing to walk through a car lot and not have a salesman jumping down your throat and pressuring you within the first 30 seconds. Test drive and everything went smoothly, found an amazing deal on a gently used 2017 car, and I couldn't be happier. All the guys were personable, helpful, patient, and made the daunting task of buying my first legit non-clunker car a seamless experience! Thanks so much!!

Drove over an hour to test drive a few vehicles, and ended up leaving with one of them. Got a fair deal on our trade in and left happy. Both guys we worked with were friendly and knowledgeable! I only wish they would have filled the gas tank in our new truck, it was a bummer leaving with the gas tank full on our trade in, but going home with only a quarter tank in the new ride!

I have had family and friends buy from buds in the past and I knew I would need a vehicle without hassle, so, I came to buds.. Tom went above and beyond to help me get a vehicle up from the Indiana location... He, and his staff got me the car, let us take the time test driving it while they looked at the value my car for a trade in.. Tom kept the car for me so I could return the next day to purchase no hassle. When walking through the door every time, he greeted me by my name and shook my hand... The next day he got my paperwork rolling, cleaned the stickers off my new car, and I was rolling out the door within less than 40 minutes.. I have already recommended shopping at Buds for my future mother- in law! Thanks Again Buds! Tom, Bud, and crew, for your time and precise business!

When I was looking for a new truck I had been looking for a while until I called at Buds and talked to Tom Krcha on the phone and told him what I was looking for. He told me that he had a truck that was on the lot and he was gona go take a look at it and call me if any thing would come up with it until me and my wife would be able to come down and look at it. So the following Saturday we took a ride down to see Tom, and it had just started snowing that morning. When we got there I told Tom who I was and said he was gona bring the truck down so we could take a look at it, after he cleaned all the snow off it. We went over the truck and it was in very nice shape, then he threw me the keys and said I'll see you when you get back. When we returned we talked numbers on the truck and I new this was the one I've been looking for. Tom told me he would get it all ready for me and I would be back in a couple days to pick it up. When I returned to pick up the truck Tom had got me a very good rate on the truck and at that time I knew I had come to the right place for a deal like this! Within forty minutes I was on my way home in my new truck. Every one was very helpful at Buds Auto and i would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle. I saw the car I wanted on Autotrader, contacted them, and they quickly responded. Tom answered every question I had before making the trip to Beaverdale and was very friendly upon arrival. The atmosphere was very laid back which made me feel comfortable during the entire process. This was especially nice because this is officially my first car. After test driving the car, we were handed over to Paul who may talk your ear off, but gives great advice that is worth listening to. Couldn't be happier with the process and I most certainly enjoy my driving new WRX.

Vehicle was a good value. All persons at the dealership were very good to work with. They went beyond our expectations in all respects. The sales people were very good and no pressure. The service department was exceptional. We would definitely buy again and would absolutely recommend to a friend or anyone else. Their advertised price is what it is, very fair, No need to worry about having to bargain.

My experience at Bud's Auto sales was good, they had the vehicle ready for me to look at when we got there. It was close to closing time but they stayed and took their time and explained everything. I didn't feel pressured to buy anything that I didn't want. Drove home with the vehicle that I wanted.

The price advertised was good and the offer for my used car, which had several problems that needed to be addressed, was very fair. I like to speak plainly without others and appreciate when others speak plainly with me.

I purchased a vehicle this past August and the experience was terrific. Needed to find a vehicle since mine had some problems and not worth repairing anymore.. heard good things already about Buds , so got online looked compared prices . Went up to beaver dale location in the morning and by 1 pm was finishing up to leave with a new car. No one breathing down your neck. Drove several cars and they were more than happy to hand over keys to do. They don't come out and give you any kind of sales pitch. If your serious about buying a car, they figure you'll come in and see someone that way not wasting your time or thiers. Pricing seems to be at least a few thousand dollars below average book value so there's no reason to try and get a better price. It's already there. Very pleased with my 2015 Chevy Cruze 2LT. No problems, runs great . Had the car fax info in it when we took for a test drive which was nice to see and know about the car even before speaking to someone. Sales staff was great. Never once felt like an inconvenience or a bother. Worked on the best possible financing to get you in the vehicle you really want. Terrific experience. And when looking for another vehicle in the future I will definitely check Bud''s Auto Sales first. Highly recommend and not to mention on the roads I have noticed lots of Buds Auto Sales logo stickers on other vehicles . That shows they do a lot of sales and have a good reputation to do business. Exellence guaranteed !!

I just bough a car from Buds today. Steve was the salesman and he was great. He wasn't pushy at all and just gave us the freedom to look around and test drive as we pleased. Once we picked a car that was it he took car of everything and was very courteous! I didn't like that there was no wiggle room on the price but the price wasn't bad at all. It was within the range kbb suggested for the car. Eric took care of the final sale. He was quick but thorough. Overall it was a great experience. We drove 1.5 hours to get there. Definitely recommend!

My wife and I drove up from Maryland this week to purchase a car. We had shopped online and found some cars we were interested in at his Beaverdale location. When we arrived, Steve, the salesperson, had the car we had spoken about all ready to test drive. We tested two other cars as well and chose to purchase one. The car and price were exactly what we were looking for. We were pleased with the professionalism that Bud's staff exhibited. Steve and Eric were very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Everyone was very courteous, and we felt it was well worth the long drive from Maryland.
