Bud's Auto Sales is awesome i would say he def went above and beyond to help me out. I totaled my last car and was waiting for the insurance and Bud's Auto Sales helped out with everything got me in a car i wanted with a reasonable price. I will def be going back to buds for future purchases.

This is the only place in the area to get excellent used cars and service at amazing prices. My wife and I bought two cars in the same day, twice now. They have a very professional and friendly staff that will help you get into the car that you want. I highly recommend Bud's to anyone. Top notch service!

Great to work with. Guys seemed honest. They helped me set up for my car to be inspected by an auto shop, which helped me buy the car without being seen.

Purchased a 2012 Ram today. Spoke to Both Steve and Ralph before the visit. They were helpful and informative. Upon arrival the truck was ready for me. Took it for a ride (without anyone looking over my shoulder). When I got back I met Bud who had looked at my trade and was given a fair deal. Finished off with Eric in finance to go through all the paperwork. The entire process there wasn't any pressure and pleasant. GREAT experience!!

We found the truck online and inquired. We received a response quickly. We travelled from VT to PA to purchase this truck. It was as described. The truck was missing a spare tire which was immediately taken care of before our long trek home. Everyone at Buds Auto was very welcoming! Paperwork was quick and painless. I would definitely return there in the future.

My husband and I needed a vehicle and had a bad experience at a big name car lot. We had went to Bud's first, and found a Jeep Patriot for great price, but decided to shop around because "that's what you're supposed to do". After being disappointed by a big name dealership in Penn Hills, I called Bud's auto. I started to explain who I was, and to my surprise Tom remembered my husband and the conversation they had almost a week ago about the car we had seen. I called right at seven, when they close and expected to be rushed off the phone, but instead, he took the time to fill out a financing application over the phone. I embarrassingly admitted that my credit wasn't fantastic, and Tom was so supportive. He said he wouldn't send my application information out to a million lenders, and would get back to me with the results tomorrow.

This dealership is by far the BEST dealership my husband and I have ever dealt with!!! They made the whole process so easy and the staff are wonderful. I highly recommend this dealership to everyone. We traveled 30 miles to Bud's and it is well worth the trip.

This was the 2nd vehicle I purchased at Bud's Auto, you will not find a more friendlier staff to help you find a car that best fits your price range. Bud will do whatever he can to make your visit a win for you and your family and Steve was a great salesperson who did everything to get us the car wanted at a price we could afford.

I called about a car, when I walked in they had the key ready. Took it for a ride. I lived it but not the price. Asked for a price reduction, Steve politely said, "Our prices are our prices, no haggling." It was prices under kbb and nada but I was just not comfortable spending that much. Guys were all so kind, understanding and helpful I bought it anyways!!!

I was told to find a deal to get out of town so I searched within 100 miles from where I live on auto trader and found the best deals at buds. It was worth the drive.

Bud's offers a large selection of quality,low milage pre owned vehicles without the pressure of that you feel at other larger dealerships. They followed through on agreed upon promises and even came to pick our car up an hour away to fulfill these items. We are very happy with our decision to try Bud's Auto and will return to purchase our next vehicle.

I have purchased a car a few years ago from bud's auto and knew they are a reputable Buisiness so when I saw this car online I made an online request which was answered in reasonable time. I had some questions about the car which I was told answers could be found with the Carmax link that was on the cars listing (awesome) They had the car ready for a test drive despite having a 2' snowstorm a few days earlier and we purchased the car.

This is the second truck I have bought from Buds and everyone there goes out of their way to make the experience great. So friendly, helpful, and courteous!

I left an email after closing time and Tom Krcha called me back the next day. We discussed the specific car I was interested in and I told him I would make the 3 1/2 hour drive to the dealership the next day. When I arrived, I received a cordial greeting and found my car had been prepped and ready for a test drive, just as Tom promised. I took the car for a drive and discovered a minor mechanical problem. He had the car taken to the shop right away and we had a lunch-time pizza party in the office while I waited. Everybody in the place was very friendly and helpful to me. Even the other customers was a fun lot to exchange tales with! I asked him for his lowest price; he asked me what I would be willing to pay; I gave him what I thought was a reasonable offer; he thought about it for a short time, and then he said we had a deal. I must admit I was a little nervous on the drive up, but after being at Bud's Auto for just a little while, I felt completely at ease. The purchase of my used car from Tom Krcha at Bud's Auto Sales was fast, easy, and a very gratifying experience. Thank you, Tom, for treating me like a friend.

We ended up driving a little over 2 hours to Bud's auto and everyone there took great care of us. My hubby and I both ended up bringing cars home that day. No pressure. Wonderful selection. Worth the drive. Super friendly staff and love the doggie making the place feel like home. Gave me great value on my trade.

I'm 65. I have bought a lot of new and used cars. I dread dealing with car salesmen. I arm myself with all the data so I can't be snowed. Bud's auto sales was a painless purchase. They had rock bottom prices, that is why we drove fifty miles. We told Tom what we wanted and he searched the inventory on his computer and came up with the model we wanted. A 2014 Hyundai Sonata. It was over a year old and had previously been a rental car, nothing was hidden from us. Tom went out and found the car while we stayed warm and petted the dogs that lounge around. He answered all our questions. We bought the car. The transaction was smooth, pleasant and painless. The only problem would be if you asked me to come up with something that would have made it better, I couldn't think of anything. I look forward to doing business with them again when I need another truck. Five Star!!

I drove up from Cincinnati OH and all I can say is these Gentleman took great car of me. I wanted a very specific car Honda Accord MANUAL Transmission! Steve and Jim had it and made my travels it was worth the trip. The car buying experience is a breeze at Buds Auto Sales. They were so nice, the dreaded paper work was quicker than ever expected and I felt like part of the family when it was time to go. I will drive up again when I am ready for my next car. Thank you so much Guys. I LOVE my Honda Accord!!
