Was turned away and told not to come back because a nurse practitioner named Brenda didn’t like me. It was complete discrimination on her part, also a misuse of power and ethics as a health care provider. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Total misdiagnosis. Said I had bronchitis, presrcribed medication, still had same problem for days, had to go to emergency room and got a diagnosis of heart failure. I never even got to see a doctor. Only saw a physician assistant. Would not recommend.o called to talk to someone about the matter and asked not to be charged and they will not retu my calls. Maybe a formal complaint to a governing body will get their attention.

Have been there 3 times. Fast in and fast to be seen. But why did every doctor call me "Love"? Must be a Convenient MD "friendly" word but creeps me out.

Very kind and professional staff. Busy Saturday morning and they were very thoughtful of our time. We will definitely be back and we will absolutely recommend to all of our friends.

I had a great experience at this urgent care in Bedford. The check-in was quick and I was seen in five minutes. The doctor was very helpful and helped me feel at ease about what I was experiencing. I will use them again.

Short wait and the drs and nurses are amazing and great with kids. Have a great experience every time

Went in on a Saturday morning. The wait was not long. Staff was very professional. Doctor was personable.

Had a physical and was very pleased with the service. Even got a call back to ask if I had any questions.

We had to do a last minute physical for high school sports.....great to just drop in. Were able to walk right in, fun nurse and even more fun and personable doctor.

The check in process was very simple and quick. My daughter was seen by a doctor within 10 minutes. The care by the doctor and staff was great! Would go there again if needed to.

Great staff, so friendly. I was asked to go to another location when the Bedford office was packed, 90 min wait. I went to Merrimack and there wasn't a line. I appreciated that. The only thing I don't like is the new billing method. I prefer to pay my co pay and get a bill for the remainder. But great location, staff and love the hours.

I was seen quickly on a Friday night by kind, professional staff. I felt well taken care of and they even communicated what was happening to my daughter who was waiting in the waiting room. Although I hope not to need to again, I would definitely go back.

Check in process was quick and easy. Was seen by the doctor within 10 minutes of walking in the door. Had X-rays done and results were ready quickly. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Not a fan of the billing process - you give them your credit card and they bill after which would have been ok if I received the statement before the amount was charged to my card. Overall I would go again.

I've been here twice and both times. The doctor on staff is incompetent. Very upsetting. 2 strikes with me won't be coming back.

have been suffering with a persistent cough, runny nose and post nasal drip. This was my first experience with ConvenientMD and I have to say I was very pleased. The staff was pleasant and accommodating and got me in quickly. The doctor was professional and pleasant. I was able to get a Hooping Cough vaccination as well. I would not hesitate to go again.

I brought my son in with a football related injury. They told me they didn't have an x-ray tech on shift and suggested that I go to another location or come back at 4pm. That was a first...... Not impressed. I wouldn't waste time going there "hoping" a specialist I may need is scheduled on that shift....

We had a kindergarten physical with shots for my son and everyone was so welcoming and inviting. Physical was a breeze and for the price you pay - it's less than his pediatric copay for an office visit! Administered both shots at once and I was very happy with the care of the nurse and doctor!

Just took my son in for a school physical. We were in and out in record time. Everyone was so nice and helpful.

I went to ConvenientMD in Bedford stressed out about a problem that came to a head on a Sunday, when my doctor was not available. Bonnie, the receptionist, welcomed me and was very attentive to my needs. In fact, the entire staff was kind, helpful, and made me feel completely at ease. I was able to see Dr. Schroeter very quickly. He was professional yet friendly, and willing to listen to what was bothering me. He did an excellent job of diagnosing and treating the problem, taking a culture to make sure the correct treatment was given. I came in feeling super stressed; I left feeling relieved and confident that I would be fine. Followup on my condition came in several days, and when the culture came back and indicated additional treatment was necessary, they immediately contacted me and set this up. In addition, they were very helpful in sending records to my standard doctor so that my health records could be kept together. I believe that insurance covers them the same as a doctor's visit -- which makes them a clear choice over emergency room visits. I strongly recommend them.
