Can't give a negative star so here you go. Don't get fooled. Who is writing these reviews, the employees? Google North Coats Auto Action...shady, rip off scam, dishonest. Walking into this place I knew I was taking a risk. Rolled the dice and bought solely on price. Nothing but problems form the get go. Took it to dealership and after a once over they told me the car had been in an accident and repaired just enough to get it out the door. I missed all these thing on my initial inspection. They did a good job disguising the flaws. It was still under warranty but the items with shoddy repair the manufacturer couldn't cover. They showed me where the replaced doors had not been installed properly, the door handle glued on, and entire side not painted properly. The replaced doors that were used didn't even have the paint removed. Currently the clear coat is peeling and the rear paint is falling off. The money I saved will go into repairing the car. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!! Ask your self, "does this place feel right?"

BUYER BEWARE!



We recently purchased a Honda Odyssey from North Coast Auto Mall, and they concealed past damage, did not disclose a previous accident, nor did they tell us about the replacement of a quarter panel. The Carfax report did not have the accident reported, and the dealership was keeping it concealed. Once the damage was discovered they refused to refund us our deposit even though they promised to do so on several occasions. They even blackmailed us into leaving a positive review of their company before they allegedly would release our money back to us!



Customer service is poor, their sales team is deceptive, and their business practices regarding keeping your money once they get it is immoral. Please beware of this company. They have stellar reviews on most websites (mainly because they pad reviews by submitting fake ones), so they were able to deceive us...please do not be deceived yourselves...find a reputable business to purchase from instead.
