Well, I did tell my best frien...

Well, I did tell my best friend about this place and he ended up getting a car there as well! They're super busy, so if you're impatient you should go somewhere else! The prices are so reasonable that it's hard not to buy from them! They have cars for everyone and although I was buying something newer my friend has awful credit and needed to get financed in house. Anyway, my Lacrosse is awesome! They have a small sales team that was really fun to work with... they seem like a close bunch and were cracking jokes at each other so I got a good laugh while handling the process. Since they're so busy their process for finalizing deals is pretty quick and efficient, I was surprised... I was ready to spend a whole day there doing paperwork and I only ended up spending about an hour. Anyway, all being said... good deals, quick, and not the usual serious tone you get from used car dealers.

Fair but hard bargainers

I have recently purchased a Toyota Sienna from the folks at North Coast Auto Mall and would like to share my experience. I came into their dealership not expecting much because I never do and I am very picky about cars and pricing. I am cheap. There prices were pretty low but there were competitors not too far from the area that were willing to come very close and even lower. It took me a couple of days of back and forth going with them to get the price I wanted but it worked out well for both of us. In the end I am very happy with the van and I like working with the sales guy Gene there.

Easy to work with, quick service

I bought a car from North Coast Auto in the fall right around November. I've been driving it ever since then and I've had no problems. I didn't expect any issues since I bought a 2010 Camry, but they did take care of all the little things that they promised like paint chips and stains. I was very impressed because the dealership seemed like a very busy place but they are on top of their promises. If you're looking for a great deal and don't mind a busy dealership these are the go to guys.

3 excellent vehicles from a reputable dealer!

I have bought my past 3 used vehicles from North Coast Auto and have had a wonderful experience each time. I have completed one cash deal with the guys over at North Coast and that was the easiest, however the other two vehicles that I purchased I ended up financing. The financing took a little bit more work on both parties but each time they were able to get me an unbelievable rate. My most recent purchase here was a 2005 Acura RL. Mike and John were really helpful in explaining all of the features and putting the deal together, I would recommend this dealership to anybody looking for a high quality yet inexpensive auto.

Great used car dealership, knowledgeable staff... easy to work with!

I bought a 2006 BMW 325XI not too long ago from the gentlemen over at North Coast Auto Mall. I worked with Michael on the deal and financing, and John helped out with some information that I needed. Kyle helped with the paperwork and all together the experience was very pleasant. It was my first time financing a vehicle and I found it pretty easy, which made me very happy.



I would recommended North Coast Auto Mall to anybody, it seems like they can accommodate out of state buyers very well, I talked to some people while I was there and they were coming in from out of state, there was even somebody from Canada.



I enjoyed buying my car from this place and am surprised to see the negative things posted here! I drove my car over 200 miles away from the dealership down to Athens, Ohio and haven't had any problems yet!

After Sale Support Poor

I bought a 2005 SC430 from these people. They have good prcing and are very aggressive in Customer Service BEFORE the purcahse. Don't expect much from them (either in communicatins or in supporting responses) after you have given them your check.



Check your purchase over very carefully before taking receipt. I missed the fact that there was no Wheel Lock key to get my wheels off until I had driven away. I had to go to the dealership to get the old wheel locks taken off and a new set put on. North Coast said they would return my call about "re0imbursement" but never did.



Also found that one of the tires did not match the others and was a cheap Chinese built tire.



I did ask for a full tank of gas (which they provided) and they did install a DVD navigation disk (which was missing).



They are not very good about returnig phone calls and I never got a repsonse to my e-mials.



Best deal wiht these peopel face to face while at the lot and make sure you've looked and checked every detail about the car purchase.
