Provided by YP.comIf you need to buy a car, Keith Wilde at Grubbs Nissan is who you need to talk to. Great guy, listened to what we were needing and not just looked for a sale. Would have never thought about buying a Rouge but I love it.

Provided by YP.comShantai did an awesome job providing a great salesman Ryan White to help my mom out. He helped her get a new 2017 Altima. The look when she saw how she doesn't have to be in the car to start it was priceless . Thank you for everything . I would recommend Grubbs Nissan to anyone looking for a new car.

Provided by YPmobileGRUBBs Nissan in Euless TX WARNING: This was the WORSE customer service I have ever been provided. I called on Tuesday to set an appointment with a customer service tech due to problem with my 2014 Nissan maximum, I set the appointment Tuesday for Wednesday at 11:30 with Sean which I was happy to get an early apportionment. I knew the odds of me getting my car back the same day were slime to none i had a coworker follow me just in case (actually happy I did because the tech was not even worried about being there for my appoint meant) Once we arrived at the dealership I was told the appointment I had set the day before was actually not any good because the tech I set the appointment with decided to take lunch for the EXACT time my appointment was set. I left my car due to a another employee taking over only to have to actually call later in the day to be told by Sean I should of picked up a rental. Mind you NO ONE told me I needed a rental!!! So I had for the second time that day have a coworker take me back to the dealership to pick up a rental. I was told the day I picked up the rental my car should be ready on Friday which was fine with me I would rather someone take their time than hurry. However Friday came and I had to call once again to see what was going on with my car! Only to be told by Sean the part they need has not even come in yet. Which I get these things take time I have the warranty what am I to be mad about right! Then Saturday comes I had a missed a call at 11:10 from Sean and he did leave a voice mail stating my part was in and the tech would be getting to my car and hopefully nothing else come up. Which I take the voice mail as great news and wait for the call Ms Johnson's your car is ready everything is fixed and no problems!!! HAHa I get a phone call at 4:15 telling me my car is ready which I reply I am sorry I did not know and your telling me I have 45 min to get to your shop. Why bc Grubbs Nissan apparently does not go rentals on the weekend mind you it's 4:15 on a SAtURDAY!!! I explained I'm at least 45 min away as to which I was told we'll you have enough time! It's 4:15 pm and they close at 5 pm they apparently do not do weekend rentals and I'm just being told, I'm over 45 min away and I have a three year old that just went down for nap time. Clearly a Saturday from hell!!!!!! After ALL of this I was basically told sorry you do not have to pay for toll tags! My response geeeeez GRUBBS thanks for picking up my 1.50 toll tags for your HORRiBLE customer services I am so happy you went out of your way!!! In all i would trust my three year old son before GRUBBS Nissan at least he tells me jokes and keeps me entertained!

Provided by YP.comThis was the worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. I do not advise any one to do business with this dealership. They are not an honest business. I took an older couple to assist them in purchasing a car. I was also open to trading in my 2012 maxima if a decent deal was reached. Once we entered the dealership a salesman name Giulio Forstall was introduce to us. He appeared to be a nice salesman. We were very up front about the type of car we wanted and how much we were willing to pay. We provide all the information that they need to write an offer. The salesman Giulio went to the managers office to present our offer. He came back with these ridiculous numbers. We politely said no to the offer and proceeded to leave. The manager Keith said give them another chance to make it right. We agreed to stay. After several negotiating attempts no agreement was reached. We proceed to leave but they wouldn’t give our keys back to us until they had the opportunity to try & change our mind. We ask for our keys to our car several time but no would give them to us. After 10-15 min. another salesman walked up and said are these the key you are looking for. 2 minutes after leaving the parking lot the salesman Giulio called & left a voicemail on my cell. Exact words from the voicemail.
(HEY THIS IS GIULIO FORSTALL AT GRUBBS NISSAN. I TALK TO MY GENERAL MANAGER & TOLD THEM WHY YOU GUY WALKED OUT AND HE SAID GO AHEAD AND MAKE THE DEAL AND HE IS WILL TO GO AHEAD AND MEET BOTH OF YOUR PRICES. BOTH YOU & TB SO PLEASE GIVE ME A CALL AT THE NUMBER 817-891-1507 THANKS BY). I informed the older couple that I was with about the voicemail. I called Giulio back and said we will be back to sign the papers but we needed to get something to eat after being in the dealership for several hours. Giulio and I talk several times before the day ended. I even asked him to text me the finally numbers to make sure we was on the same page. He text me the information with the break down. The last call was from Giulio at 7:21 pm with the suggestion that we wait until the next morning at 9:00 am to come in to sign the papers because he hasn’t had the chance to prepare them. We agreed because we was tired. The next morning I called Giulio to make sure everything was in order. He said yes that they had pull the 2 cars around and for us to come in. Once we arrived Giulio gave us the keys to the new maxima & altima while sitting in the waiting area for them to complete the paperwork. After Giulio kept coming back to us asking us questions about information that we had already provided to them in writing we started to get suspicious. About 45 min. later Giulio came with the final paperwork. The paperwork had totally different numbers. The price had increase substantially. You can image we was shocked. He tried to explain why the numbers had changed. We said no and that this is not what we agreed to and this is not the numbers that was on the paperwork before. I showed him the text and let him listen to the voicemail that he had left. Of course they tried to justify their actions by blaming the Manager Keith and the General Manager for not understand what the other one had agreed upon. We decided to leave because when someone tries to deceive you its just not right.
I hope our experience will help others to seeking the car search somewhere else. If a business can’t be honest with their customers they don’t deserve to be in business. There are several Nissan dealership in the DFW area. So when you see the name GRUBB NISSAN please think twice about entering into their establishment. I will be contact several others company regarding our experience to make sure the salesman Giulio, Manager Keith and General Manager will never get the chance to do this to anyone else. I have all the documents, voicemail and texts to provide that this company shouldn’t be in business.

Provided by YPmobileI took my car in for service and a lady named Yvette helped me. They changed a couple of things that were going on with my sentra. However, it was going to take a couple of days to get it repaired so they offered a rental. Rental girl Kayla helped me but it seemed like she was tired of people so I complained and manager stefanie burns helped me. She was even more ruder than the first girl who helped me. She seemed to be more worried about her nails and hair than anything else and busy flirting with the service director. I was getting frustrated as how long it took them to give me a rental. Anyways, I picked up my car Thursday and left town Saturday to San Antonio. Well they failed to do their job right and my car left me stranded 4 hours away while getting gas. I called the service director Clint givens and it took him hours to get back to me. He finally called me back but the whole time he had an attitude with me as if it was my fault. I finally told him forget it you are just super rude sir and hung up. I had to pay $250 for their error. Today I called the customer service manager and her name was shantai isom and her offer was a $50 dollar gift card. Wow!!! Never ever will I do business nor service with Grubbs Nissan or any Grubbs dealerships!!

Provided by YP.comCharleswas very friendly as he met me at my vehicle and greeted me when I arrived in the service terminal. Also, he was very knowledgable of what services I needed. I feel that Charles went above and beyond to assist me with my service. I have no complaints. Keep up the great job Charles!

Provided by YP.comAll in all, a very good experience. Wally is very attention orientated for a salesmen; albeit I knew exactly what I was looking for and did my homework when I went yesterday morning. 'Mo' is detail oriented, as he did explain everything about the vehicle and it's service history. Grubbs had no problems with me taking the vehicle to my own mechanic for a pre-buy inspection, so to me, that says a lot. The finance dude, Anthony, is very well prepared for his job; he even got my wife and me a lower rate than what USAA offers to veterans!! Being a vet myself, I was blown away. My advice towards 'high sales pressure': lay down the law beforehand, and you won't have any hassles at all. Thanks for reading, hope it helps!!

Provided by YP.comI will never recommend this place to anyone. I ordered a Nissan leaf and waited 4 months, it was due in on the 3rd month but I had to call the Leaf every other day to see why it was sitting in the California port for 3 weeks for nothing. I was denied credit at this dealer to buy my Leaf, so I worked on my credit bringing it up from my fico 570 to 626.
But they supposedly ran my credit again and denied me. So I went to two other dealers and they approved me, since I wanted the leaf I ordered I gave them one last try. The finance person said rudely, I dont care if you get approved you are not buying this car and we are not holding this car any more. So bascially my suppicisons were correct they never wanted to sell me this car, because I got a very cheap price. By now the cars were selling for a couple thousand more and he obviously wanted to sell to someone else at a higher price. No matter what I waited 4 months for a car, and he could not wait 1 more week for my credit union to approve more, furthermore you never ever talk and treat a customer like he did. He was out of line, and even so I went to his manager and his manager's manager he was not counseled about his rude behavior. Grubbs I feel will be loosing more business in the future, because obviuosly they have gotten to big to put customer service first anymore. It is worth the drive to go to Weatherford to get a car.

Provided by YP.comI would highly recommend Grubbs Nissan for all your Nissan purchases or leases. The level of customer service was superb. They made me feel like I was their only customer - I was in the spotlight - for as long as it took.
They also made special accommodations after our transaction was completed because I had an appointment before the car was ready to leave the lot. They said they would bring my new Juke to me that night and I could take one of their demos meanwhile, but as it happened we had a fierce hailstorm that night. I called Grubbs and asked them not to bring the new car out in the storm. Instead, I suggested, I'd put their demo in our garage to protect it and asked if they'd do the same for my new Juke. They did and I was able to bring my new baby home the following day - in full sunlight.
Assuming their service department is as excellent as their sales, I will be a long-time Grubbs customer. (BTW, we'd purchased 5 other Nissans from a competitor over the last decade, but the service couldn't compare to Grubbs.)

Provided by YP.comI searched the internet and found three Nissan stores with the exact Xterra I wanted in Red. I called all three and only Grubbs Nissan had the vehicle in stock. Seems the others just have listing of cars they do not have. Grubbs Nissan also had a very large discount on the internet so I wondered when I arrived it they would honor it. Within minutes of my arrival Justin Crain brought up my Red Xterra. It was just as listed on the internet. They did not play any games with me on the price and honored the internet special. The guys in finance were very kind to me even though this was my first new car with limited credit. They found me a very low rate and I took my car home that day. Everyone treated me like family and answered all my questions. It was a very good experience.

Provided by YP.comThis place has a lot of cars to choose from. I live in Plano,TX and all nearby NISSAN dealers can tell me is that they can do a locate for a deposit. NO WAY!
The sale people were very nice and helpful. George and Jason were both great. Jason helped me find the perfect NEW Versa at a great price. George help me with the services before I took the car home. I live about 40 miles away. The manager, finance department, and sales stayed late to help me with my purchase. If you can't find the customer service and Nissan car you want give them a try.

Provided by YP.comGrubbs Nissan is a wonderful place to do business. From my Sales Consultant, Wayne, to the owner, Eric Grubbs, everyone was very professional. I purchased a 2011 Nissan 370Z, they gave me tons of options, a great price and the financing that I was looking for. The whole crew treated us as if we had been life long customers. If you truly want to have an over the top experience when you purchase your next vehicle and have a lot fun, go to Grubbs Nissan, I promise you will feel the same way I do. A "Tip of the Hat" to you my friends at Grubbs Nissan , well done!

Provided by YP.comI actually sometimes just stop by to say hi to my friends at Grubbs. So glad I stumbled on them 6 years ago. I had just moved here from Atlanta, and had no idea where to go to service my 2001 Sentra. Luckily I found Jeff Norris at Grubbs. I have since purchased three other vehicles here from Matt Green. I am always happy with how easy and painless they make it. Fair price up front and fast. I will never be happy any where else!

Provided by YP.comI have bought my last 6 cars, (three for me, three for my wife), at Grubbs and I have always been treated as part of the family. I got my first one over the internet, and when I got there the truck I was talking to the internet manager about was in front of the dealership, cleaned up, and full of gas! Talk about great service!
I maintain all of my vehicles at Grubbs as well, the service staff is just as good as the sales staff, Carrie always remembers me by name and gets me in and out in as little time as possible.
Kudos again Grubbs for a great dealership.

Provided by YP.comI own a an 06 350z convertible-love the car. Had not needed a dealership until I had a huge problem with the top. The stryker plate broke causing the top to come up while traveling down the freeway a wow factor of 10. But needed the car fixed sooner than later so ppulled into Grubb Service since it is close to where I live. Was told that a service charge of $52 would be charged to look at the car and could be applied to cost of repairs that should run $150-200. I felt this to be bad business have never seen this from Tpyota,Mercedes Porch or Ford unless it was to be hooked to a machine. But a rock and a hard spot is where I was at.
The bid comes out to $475 no parts for 4-5 business days if you want to think about it pay your bill and call us Goodbye. So the next day with the top still down I take it to Bankston-Irving wow so much different. Nice personable staff looked at it right then/no charge! Sent me to bodyshop. Gave it a good shot at repair(no go) Must order parts will have them flown in(this is on a fri)be here Mond try to get the car back to you on mond and the coast will be $350. Now thats good service and good people.
Talked to Grubbs Service manager and Keith Wilde to no avail about the service charge with no service, could care less.BOTTOM LINE TAKE YOUR NISSAN OR INFINITY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

Provided by YP.comOMGOSH!!!!! RUN AWAY!!! ADD ONS..DECEPTIVE..SMILLING ALL THE TIME....
THEY HAVE A BINDER ON EACH SALESMANS DESK...IN IT ARE EXAMPLES OF WHAT GOES INTO THE DEALERS POCKET...ADD ONS, LIKE PINSTRIPES AND NITROS IN THE TIRES...THE BINDER SAYS,"DO NOT PAY FOR THESE !!" I POINTED THAT OUT TO THE SALES MANAGER AND THREE SALES MEN. THEY STILL WANTED TO CHARGE $1,400 FOR THESE ADD ONS. ORIGINALLY, THEY GAVE US A WALK OUT THE DOOR PRICE IN WRITING....BUT WHEN WE WENT BACK TO SECURE THE DEAL...THEY ADDED ON $1,500 (NISSAN INCENTIVE) MAKING THE DEAL MORE EXPENSIVE THAN ANY OTHERS WE HAD LOOKED AT IN DFW!! DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE INTERNET SALES PRICE....YOU WON'T GET THAT! THIS PLACE TURNED ME OFF TO NISSAN ALL TOGETHER....WE BOUGHT A CHEVY...

Provided by YP.comI really appreciate the new express service Grubbs has. It was nice to know I don't have to set an appointment anymore. I can just show up when it's convenient for me, being a mother of 2, and Stephanie makes sure we get in and out quickly! Thanks Stephanie and Grubbs!
