Provided by YP.comI know they do customizing on Jeeps, so I took my Jeep to then since mine keeps overheating. I spoke with a Asst. Manager Sean Savage and he told me they would completely look and see what problem is for $100 fee. Sean contacted me saying the radiator needed replacing, unfortunately do to being in military I didn't have the funds to pay $520 to have then fix it. I paid the $100, and took my Jeep home, I then went to Pepboys and purchased radiator for $156. I installed it myself and it was very easy/quick to do so. I did everything supposed to when installing and using new radiator. Next day it overheated, I called Sean asked if he checked some other specific parts and he said no. This made me very upset since I paid $100 for them to actually look at the Jeep and give me a sure answer on what needs to be fixed. Sean said he would call me back after talking to his tech. Two days went by no returned call. I called him back and he told me he would follow up with me. I have left 3 voicemails since then, very upset and feeling like I didn't matter. Have not heard from them since. I was going to take it back to them but since they do not seem interested in correcting problem or helping me out I will go somewhere else. I wasn't asking for anything free just that I actually get my $100 inspection of vehicle to see exactly what problem is. Sean's customer service is fake and by him representing Grubb's Nissan service department I feel they too are the same. I am extremely upset and will ensure everyone I know and every website I come across will know about my experience.
I've worked in cutsomer service most of my life and this would not be the image I would want to project to my clients of myself or the company I represent.
Thank you for your review regarding your dissatisfaction with the service at Grubbs NAPA . We understand your perception for request for call back was not satisfactory after Grubbs NAPA worked on your vehicle. Upon notification of an issue Keith Wilde, Social Media Director, and Sean Savage, Service Manager, repeatedly attempted contact with you to no avail. Upon investigation with Mr. Ferguson’s service advisor, Sean Tierney, and technician, Zikri Tahir, ASE Certified Technician with over 11 years experience at Grubbs Automotive Group, the diagnosis was appropriate for the problem. Prior to arrival, Mr. Fergason was instructed over the phone the diagnostic fee would be charged and he had the option to have us do recommended repairs. Upon arrival of the 1997 Jeep Wrangler, which according to Mr. Fergason, had recently been serviced at two other repair facilities (replaced water pump, timing belt, and thermostat); his vehicle was leaking fluids and overheating. Mr. Tahir pressure tested the cooling system and determined that the radiator needed to be replaced. A leaking radiator can cause the engine to overheat. Without proper pressure for the radiator additional diagnostics cannot be done. Additionally, driving the vehicle after it has overheated can cause additional issues to the vehicle. Mr. Fergason declined to have Grubbs NAPA install the radiator. Grubbs NAPA cannot guarantee that Mr. Fergason installed the radiator correctly or that additional damage to the vehicle accrued after the vehicle has left our property. As a show of goodwill Grubbs NAPA would like to extend a free diagnostic of his vehicle at no charge to Mr. Fergason. We look forward to assisting Mr. Fergason in the future. Sincerely, Keith Wilde Social Media Director

Provided by YP.comI got a much better deal at a competitor. The deal they offered on a new car wasn't too bad, but they really tried to stick it to me on my trade-in. I got $3000 more for my trade-in at at a competitor and only paid $500 over dealer invoice on a new car. Grubbs also likes to load up cars with dealer added options which are extremely overpriced. Who would pay $100 for a set of McGuard wheel locks when you can go to Auto Zone and get them for $25? They also charge $500 or more for a window tint job. The list goes on an on. Do not pay for these ridiculously overpriced options.
