The Bozeman Airport Enterprise is efficient and friendly. It's located right in the airport so it's quick to get to. I had to make changes to my reservation after I took the car and they could not have been more helpful! I will always rent with Enterprise.

I reserved a van 3 months in advance. Upon landing, we proceeded to stand in line for 73 minutes at the Enterprise counter. None of the other rental agents in the airport had more than 2 or 3 in line at a time, I was #22 at Enterprise. Talking to others in the line, everyone had reservations. Once we signed all our paperwork, we were informed that the vehicle was on site but not yet cleaned. We would be called up in the order we arrived to get our keys. After another hour, we were finally on our way. We missed the first function of our vacation due to the 2 1/2 hour ordeal of picking up our reserved vehicle! We witnessed several people in line give up and go to other vendors.
I will say that the young man working the counter on August 24 was doing a fantastic job in a terrible environment. He was keeping his professional disposition while getting ripped apart by repeatedly for cars not being ready.

We've used many rental car companies including some of the "cheaper" known ones, such as Dollar. Enterprise at BZN gave us an "upgrade" from a full size car, only to find out it was a very small SUV that had trouble navigating the mountains. The engine revved loudly every time we had to go up, and the second day of our trip, the check engine light came on. The rental had almost 30,000 miles on it, so they obviously don't always provide the newest models. We were very glad we made it through our trip without a trip to the service station. As far as service, the guy made us walk to very end of the lot to get the car and told us to inspect it closely as we WOULD be charged for any marks on the car upon return. We found a big paint chip, so had to walk all the way back and stand in line again to report it, only to be told, "Oh yeah, we knew that was there." They also warned us that it was hail season and we would be responsible for any hail damage. We were glad it didn't rain!

Great new car, courteous staff, quick and easy pick up/return.

Had a great experience with this location. Our vehicle was waiting and ready, the counter staff were helpful and pleasant. I would use this location again without any hesitation.

It started with a super friendly and knowledgeable young lady who got me in and in my car very fast. The car was a pleasant surprise because it had the features I needed to roll around Bozeman Mt in style and comfort . Great Job

The team that works for Enterprise at the airport in Bozeman Montana are amazing. They always provide excellent customer service. I will continue to use them as my number 1 rental company.

I can see by reading the other reviews that it's hit and miss at this particular location. It's a smaller airport. I understand that they're not going to schedule legions of employees in case there's a line of customers waiting. In my case, my vehicle was ready, the employee at the counter was very professional and courteous, and I was out the door. There was an error in my favor--no cars available in the class I reserved, so they bumped me up to a better car at the same price. I won't complain about that. Will definitely rent again the next time I'm in Bozeman.

Not enough staff at check in. It was the only counter with a line. A LONG line. Also It was a long walk to car with ski gear. Our SUV had low tire pressure on 1 tire for entire duration. (Tire issues seem to be a theme at this location according to other reviews). Also I did not receive a receipt even after 24 hrsafter return of vechicle. I had to follow up with them for a receipt and did not receive it for another 24 hrs! Two days to get a simple receipt? Not acceptable.

The Desk staff was very helpful and cheerful. The car was exactly as expected. Everything was quick and effecient.

Wonderful experience renting a car at Enterprise at the Bozeman airport! Everyone SO friendly and helpful. I was worried that my flight landed too late and the counter would be closed so I called ahead and chatted with a gentleman who was assured me they would be there. When I landed, the different person working was just as kind. And the return was smooth and fast. Hertz was triple the price for the same car and customer service is meh. Avis kept putting me on hold. Go with Enterprise!

I have been renting autos and trucks for many years and always have found Enterprise to be a good source. While hunting in Montana I rented a Ford F-150....what a piece of crap (in my opinion) I had an accident in the snow and I am not sure 4-wheel was working properly. If I had my F-250 this never would have happened! However, Melissa at the Bozeman counter was just perfect when I called and told her. I put her in touch with my insurance company and when I returned the (ugh) vehicle all was taken care of and I didn't miss my flight. Thanks again Enterprise for a great deal. Ford???? Get a better idea!

We have worked with the Enterprise team at the Bozeman airport for an extended period of time, primarily renting for business purposes. They have treated us extremely well and often times gone above and beyond in assisting us with finding a car during busy season. When they could, we often times enjoyed an upgrade due to the level of our business. From our experience, this is one of the best Enterprise locations we have dealt with.

I really like working with Melissa, Peter, Megan and Nick at the Bozeman airport location. They are always friendly, helpful, efficient and accommodating. I rent a lot of vehicles and will continue to work with this team. I can always count on them to listen and provide good and safe vehicles. Le G.

I simply never rent a car if not from Enterprise, if it's an option. Their cars are top notch; they're way more flexible; and my wife can drive for no extra charge. You should too!

Realized when we got to Glacier National park that the wear bars on the two front tires were showing,feared a blow out the rest of the trip,check your tires before accepting any car from them!

We were NOT happy with Enterprise. We had originally made our reservation to pick up and drop off in Billings, but our flight was cancelled and we were rerouted into Bozeman. Much to our surprise, the reservation we had confirmed at a rate of $622.94 now increased to $1246.00 due to the pick up and drop off being in Billings. I will not rent with Enterprise again.
