I missed my connecting flight because of bad weather so I could not arrive until the next day. The staff was very accommodating and the car was exactly what I needed. Pick-up and returns were very easy.

Great service. Appreciate the complimentary upgrade to an F-150. Made our trip to Montana that much better. Thanks.

Very helpful and professional. I made an error in my original booking with another provider, and was unable to get a car from them. They suggested trying the Enterprise counter. They had a car, and had me out the door in less than 10 minutes. The price was no higher at the counter than what I would have paid at my original provider.

Always top notch service. Originally I was going to go with Hertz to get the Delta SkyMiles, but opted against it to stick with the tried and true service of Enterprise. No hassle, had my keys in minutes and love the unlimited miles!

So yeah, I could have receieved extra miles with Delta & bonus points with Marriott by booking

Hertz (partners)...but, it wasn't worth the extra cost. With Enterprise, I booked a full size rental and it was cheaper than any other sites, and of course included unlimited mileage (important in the wild that is Yellowstone). Better yet, I was provided SUV class (Ford Escape)

I was really unhappy with my first enterprise experience. First, we had to pay about a hundred dollars more than we reserved the car for online. Halfway through our drive, the "check coolant fluid" light came on, and we wasted about two hours of our trip trying to figure out what to do with an unsafe vehicle. Turns out enterprise's "24-hour" roadside service won't assist you until the locations open, around 7 am. We took the car to an enterprise location in Cheyenne, Wyoming, where we were told they had no extra cars for us.

The man next to me was given lots of options. "How can you be giving him options when you're telling me you have no extra cars?" I asked them. "He has a reservation," the man said. Apparently it didn't matter that I had an unsafe car with an emergency.



The location in Montana was understanding of this issue with the Cheyenne location and ended up giving us a discount, which I appreciated. However.. A rock also cracked our windshield. We had not purchased insurance. I am now stuck still dealing with enterprise's claim service, who aren't getting back to me and still haven't sent the form they were supposed to send weeks ago. Really annoyed, and won't be using them again.

Enterprise had the best price for our mini vacay to Montana. On arrival to Bozeman, we found the customer service to be efficient and friendly, and our vehicle was comfortable and efficient. We'll definitely use Enterprise for our trip next month to Colorado.

Perfect vehicle for my family's vacation to Yellowstone (and beyond). Plenty of room in the Dodge Caravan for 5 of us to be comfortable. Enterprise was great!

Great service. Enterprise staff really worked with me to get the right car for my needs (large cargo area) when my car broke down. Excellent!

Fast efficient service great customer support always a good experience

I've always had good experiences with Enterprise. My flight was delayed 2 hours, so I ended up getting in around 1:30 am, and the person was still smiley! There were no small cars left so I got upgraded to an SUV at no charge; not complaining! I liked how it was a short walk from the airport building to my car.

Enterprise is my regular rental agency all over the west. The variety of vehicles is more than sufficient, rates are competitive, and customer service is consistently top notch. I've also rented in Bozmean in sub-zero conditions and had a completely different experience from Kent M. I realized I needed a larger vehicle to carry a lot of work gear, went back in to the desk, and the desk agent actually found the new vehicle for me and drove it around to where my gear was! (And note, yes- Bozeman does get cold in winter....)

Arriving around midnight in -14 weather. Had to walk nearly a country mile to find my suv. When I did it was cold and didn't warm before I got to the hotel. I saw others struggling to find their rentals in that huge parking lot. Air so cold I could feel every unprotected skin section literally starting to die. Could not believe they new I was coming and the car was so far away and ambient temperature. The other thing, they really downplayed the windshield hazards. Everyone in Montana has broken windshields because of the gravel they spread on the roads. Get their insurance and don't worry about trucks throwing stones. I was careful not to drive to close to truck's but I still got a 3 inch crack.

Thank you Enterprise! They were not only the best rate for a one-way 14-hour drive through 6 states in less than 24 hours, they were also the only one with a one-way car available!
