I love this place! I have had many surgeries in multiple places and California Surgical Institute is by far the best plastic surgery center I have been to.

I am very pleased with my experience to date with both the time spent talking to Dr. Smaili and first impressions of location,office and staff. All of my questions and concerns were answered and I felt very comfortable from start to finish during my consultation.

Dr. Smaili who I spoke to spent plenty of time with me going over details and explaining procedure options. I felt like I was the only patient in the office. That day Dr. Smaili made the consultation, which exceeded my expectations 100%.

So far every thing has been wonderful, Irma has been great! Jessica was very informative and on the phone Martha was very nice and helpful as she could be. I have done my consultation and have my appointment for three weeks, and I am very excited and ready for my liposuction to be done! I have seen the results on a good friend of mine and I know that every thing will be perfect. The nurses and all employees are the best, I have to say that I am quite impressed and pretty sure that the lipo won't be the only thing that I have done! Thanks for all the amazing things you have done, and will do in the future. Highly recommended.

I had been contemplating augmentation for the last three years but I couldn't find a doctor that I could feel confident in. Upon a recommendation from a friend, I made an appointment for a consultation with Dr.S and immediately felt at ease. He answered all my questions and put my fears to rest. Then I scheduled the actual surgery back in September of 2011 and I am very pleased with the results! I would highly recommend California Surgical Institute to anyone that asks about plastic surgery. Hats off to the staff in Upland, including the nurses and all involved. Let's hope that this doctor sticks around for a very long time! Thank you for all of your service.

Thank you for listening. I can’t begin to tell you about the numerous surgeons that don’t! They all seem to have a completely different outlook on what I wanted to accomplish and disregarded my input on what I needed. You gave me honest parameters of realistic results and were never ‘pushy’. You never tired to steer me in a direction I didn’t want to take, or recommend procedures I didn’t really want or need. Countless other surgeons attempted this approach with me and let me straight to you!

I did my surgery in January. I was very skeptical about the doctors performing the b augmentation procedures. I did not want someone who would do a unprofessional job! I did a lot of research, and heard my friends talking about how great Dr.Smaili is. He was very professional and increased my cup from an A to a full C. I am very satisfied with the results. I could not have asked for more in a surgeon. I would do it all again with Dr. Smaili if I could. Best advice I could give is to go about a cup bigger than you want! Mine came out a little smaller than expected, but I am still very happy with my increased confidence now He is definitely one Doctor I can recommenced to others.

It was a fulfilled life after my surgery under Dr. Tarick Smaili. I no longer suffer from my saggy fats after my weight loss. I recommend California Surgical Institute to my classmates in masters as well as to my professor who is actually for a service like what Dr. Smaili did to me. I feel more confident and stunning by now. more girls for me come! haha! no more mr. mallows!
