I've had a good experience with Were a Nissan on most visits.

Great customer service! Representative was very helpful and customer friendly. Also showed expertise and was knowledgeable about vehicles.

I would like to say Serra Nissan is awesome.
Everyone is so nice and friendly.
Their service dept is second to none.

Awesome experience dealing with this dealership. I did not feel overly pressured to hurry up and make a decision that I would have to live with for years to come. I was able to take my time and make an informed decision.

We have had our vehicle in twice to resolve a faulty tire gauge light (tire pressure is accurate), however the problem still has not been resolved. They said they reset it the last time but still not corrected. The Service Manager, Randy, advised us to let him know if problem remains & they may have to replace. Left message on his voice mail we were still having problems, however, his customer service is lacking as he has not taken the time to call us back. We've allowed ample time for his return call before posting this comment . A dissatisfied customer.

I have been doing business with this dealership for several years now. I have purchased 3 new vehicles here over a 6 year period and have not had a bad experience yet. Kali in the service department 'Rocks'. I always ask for her as my service advisor. She is definitely customer centric when it comes to taking care of her customers.

Had my Qx4 security system repaired. They came and picked up my vehicle at 9 and had it back the same day. Great Service. Lady in the shop was super nice. Will go there again.
