Had my Qx4 security system repaired. They came and picked up my vehicle at 9 and had it back the same day. Great Service. Lady in the shop was super nice. Will go there again.

Great dealership, Kali is great in the service department.

Lowest price I found with the most extras in the Birmingham area. Highly recommend giving them a call if your looking for a new or used car.

I'm happy thats all I can say.....when i got to the dealership I was a little nervous about the whole car buying thing but after about 1hr I was getting my new sentra prep for delevery...I owe it all to the proffesional sales staff at serra Nissan.

I purchased my SUV here and although I like that the sales rep. didn't pressure me to buy my car I didn't like the rip off from the service department. OK place to buy a car here but don't take it here if you need repairs. They ripped me off several times for repairs that they obviously didn't know how to fix. I HATE paying for guess work. Of course I never went back for any repair service I needed.

Had a classy experience with the sales team. I'm enjoying my car.
