My experience with this business was beyond wonderful. I had them ship an antique I purchased online from an auction house located in Michigan to my home in California. The item, being over 100 years in age and fragile, had every potential to be damaged in transit. With total confidence, Andrew assured me he would pack it carefully and it would arrive safely.



The item arrived in perfect condition and was packed with care beyond what I've ever seen (and I have antiques shipped frequently). I had both a follow up call and a follow up email from Andrew making sure the item arrived safely and that I was satisfied.

Item came without damage, you could tell that care had been taken in packing the piece of art so as to not incur any damages.

Unlike those other's that throw a picture and frame in a box with some styrofoam chips and hope for the best.



Pricing was alright, but a little higher than normal, but please remember that the item was being shipped up to Canada...



I would not hesitate in using the service again, knowing now that I will definately get my item in a timely manner, as well as packed well to be enjoyed for years to come.

This business deserves a five star rating. I required them to ship a painting bought at auction in Detroit area to me in Seattle, WA. I talked with them about how I wanted it protected. They did everything I asked and more. While the outside boxhad several dings and tears from the actual shipper (UPS), the inside cardboard and bubble-wrap protection was not penetrated. Very business like and responsible. I would use them again every time.

First all I can say is EXCELLENT Service and Care, they really know how to handle fragile antique merchandise. I recently purchased a LARGE item from a local Detroit Auction house. Handle with Care Packing Store was one of the services recommended. I chose them because of their name, and also because I had very tragic luck with a very well known International carrier, I wanted to do as much as humanly possible to not have a repeat incident. Handle With Care was VERY accommodating, they sent me the information I needed to release the item from the auction house; They picked the item up, while providing excellent communication during the entire process. When I recieved the piece, it was in a very sturdy box. The piece was very securly covered with many layers of bubble wrap and the box was filled with styrofoam popcorn. It arrived absoluetly perfect, without any incident. I can say that my experience was 100% Positive and for anyone who is looking for a good pack and ship company, you can rest assured that your item will be handled/protected with the utmost care! I purchased an old and fragile item online from an auction house in Detroit. This store was on their list of suggested packers/shippers in the area with whom they have a working/business relationship. I called them and was very impressed with their professional and helpful manner. They called me back with honest pricing, picked the item up from the auction gallery, and shipped it immediately. The packing job was superb - very carefully wrapped in plenty of bubble wrap and a very sturdy box. They even called me after they received the delivery confirmation to make sure I had received it and everything was OK. You won't go wrong with this store.

I bought a painting in a Detroit auction. It was packed by Handle with care and they packed it as if it were an old master.
