We’re professional fine books & prints dealers. Recently we asked Handle With Care to retrieve, pack and ship almost 250 pounds of fine art books. They did a great job. The books were carefully and neatly packed, not over-tight and not too loose, in sturdy boxes. Opening the boxes and retrieving the books was a straight-forward process. As per our request, the boxes were neatly labeled, fully insured and came with delivery confirmation. Their customer communication was excellent. And the pricing for their services was fair and reasonable. We plan to use the services of Handle With Care for any future shipping needs from the Detroit area.

Over tthe last 6 months I have had several parcels sent to coventry ,England.

All the parcels contained fragile china, ivory or glass antiques purchased on-line at an Auction gallery in Detroit.

All parcels were superbly packed and all items arrived safely at my home addrees.

I would reccommend this company for packing and international shipping of fragile items. The company has also been very helpful in collecting the items (from Detroit) prior to packing

package was to be delivered to ireland and contained some fragile pieces i.e. glass and china amongst other items. the pieces were wrapped in several lairs of bubble wrap and secured with scotch tape then double boxed for extra safety. all items were placed in a large, strong cardboard box and clearly labelled. this company is a very skilled professional packaging service and i have no hesitation in recommending them to anybody. the pricing is also very reasonable coming in at a fraction of the price of ups or dhl or fedex. also the most competitive amongst other local companies. i was kept informed at all times and both the service and communication deserve the full five stars.

I was a first time buyer from a live online auction. The pieces I had just purchased were the most expensive porcelains I have treated myself to, so far. Handle With Care not only handled my auction lots with care, but were so understanding and helpful to me, a newbie. The entire transaction from initial contact & quote to pick up & packing & delivery went as smooth as silk. Not even a an airport luggage handler would have been able to damage my items, as the packing was professionally and carefully done.

I purchased a high end professional set of drums from an individual located in Michigan. I was nervous due to the price of the drums and the possibility of damage on their trip to Oklahoma.
