I reviewed my car paperwork for service requirements and read I required an oil chnage at 15,000 miles. Louis was my service manager and reviewed and identified I did not require this service until 20,000 miles. I appreciate the honesty to not perform a service which was not required. I purchased a Lexus in December and my 3 visits at that dealership did not meet my expectations. I am appreciative of the outstanding service I received. I will be back!

Waiting room is VERY nice. Good thing because, with an appointment, it still took 1 1/2 hours to rotate tires.

I have been in several times to have my squealing breaks fixed. Today Louis Pitlick made sure to research the problem to have it fixed. I have not driven the car yet, but he stated that the technician could no longer hear the squeal.

I have en excellent experience with Boti at Schaumburg Honda. This is now my 3rd Honda from Schaumburg Honda. I might be looking for my 4th Honda soon. . . I definitely recommend Boti to help you on your next Honda.

I worked with Sam over the phone at first. He was a very friendly and a very honest guy. Those are the two qualities that I look for in an auto dealer. I am well studied on the vehicle so I did not expect to learn much. The experience was wonderful. Far better than any other Honda dealer that I have worked with. Most importantly the deal they gave me was outstanding. I know the proverbial saying is "I got a great deal." I really believe that I did get an un-believable deal. Sam was top notch and I highly recommend him to anyone purchasing a Honda. Four other Honda dealers were much closer to my home, so it proves that I would go out of my way to purchase another car from the Schaumburg Honda.
