Do not i repeat do not hire this guy! he is super rude and is super unproffesional!!!

Do not hire!! Will take your money refuse to give a work product break down .And when you ask him for one he will scream at u at the top of his lungs. then be horrified when you yell back horrible people skills !! works for himself not for you !! Oh yeah he well answer your calls alright keeps on the phone so he can charge for it ! Never gives clear answers about your case and just when you think your getting what he telling you he starts screaming at you ! that your stupid and to shut up !! Never been treated so poorly by someone I payed alot of money too!!!

Seventeen years ago we hired John Alegria. It took a lot but in the end we got what we wanted, our son. I knew if there were any questions John would answer them honestly, he also got back as quickly as he could. Fast forward to last week, I called John and he himself answered the phone and helped us through a though situation. Once again has been super and we are gladly going to use his services again. He is truly one of a kind, and the only lawyer I have ever trusted.

Shortly after hiring Alegria I wished I had not. Does not return phone calls but claims he does, and charges you for them. Deplorable people skills. Does not speak franky about your case. Sets you up with high hopes only to be dashed in court.....where Alegria quickly disappears. DO NOT HIRE!!!!!

I was very happy with Mr. Alegria's help in my Criminal Case (DUI). In fact, I have recommended him to a number of my friends who I understand also liked him very much. The best thing about this guy was that I could contact him directly, whenever I needed to. He was always very patient with me and answered all of my questions. Also, he is VERY FUNNY and really put me at ease.

Mr. Alegria was late for court, does not return calls, had to leave the courtroom several times prompting the judge to hold court and does not try in front of the courtroom, he did not put any effort into the case. I would not choose him again

The biggest difference for me was that, unlike other attorneys I have dealth with, Mr. Alegria was available all the time. I was able to contact him whenever I needed to speak with him. It was comforting to know that I could get a hold of him no matter what, emergency or not.

This guy was a well known attorney that broke laws and ran and hid in another country until the statute of limitations ran out then he comes back thinking he deserves to practice law as if he never broke a law? Who would trust someone like him to handle anything for them? This guy should be in jail!
