This hotel is extremely conveniently situated in downtown Boise.

The free shuttle from the airport was the first plus. The welcome cookie was the next! The staff were super friendly and welcoming.

Our room was spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. We had to go to a separate building to access the room but felt perfectly safe doing so.

The free breakfast was well thought out and generous with yoghurt, boiled eggs and fresh fruit salad as well as the usual cereals and breads.

The elephant and giraffe in the courtyard were lots of fun too.

I went to Boise for three days for a conference, and stayed here, just a couple of blocks from the Idaho Center where the conference happened. The room was fine, and the location was great. I didn't have to use my car while I was there, which was good because I scooped up a primo parking spot when I arrived.There was a great doughnut place around the corner -- Guru Donuts in the old Idanha Building. It worked fine for the conference, and I'd figure on staying there again when I go to meetings at the Boise Center.

I stayed at the Safari for four nights In my opinion, it is one of the best hotels - motels, especially for it's cost, that I have ever stayed in, and I have stayed in four and five star hotels all over the world. It is a hidden gem in the capital of the Gem State. My room had recently been totally redone. It had a brand-new king-size bed and new carpeting. Amenities included a refrigerator that actually worked, an up-to-date microwave, and even a safe for valuables. The bathroom was quite large, and the notions basket included shaving cream, as well as the more standard milled soap, shampoos and conditioner, and toothpaste. it is in the heart of downtown in an extremely safe area, surrounded by hotels that cost at least double what it does. I would stay at the Safari again anytime. You cannot beat its quality and value.

This is an extremely inexpensive motel located in the heart of downtown. My room was 5 star clean and the front desk woman even price matched a booking sites price. I'm happy I stayed at almost the same location as hotels 4 times the rate but didn't pay the high cost. With the money saved I ate at a nearby trendy restaurant.

Looking for a cheap, fun motel? The staff was great! The room was clean, quiet, great bath products, great downtown location. I was on a business trip and it was perfect.

My stay here is like being home, the staff is friendly and helpful. Location is great, right next to wherever I want to go in downtown Boise. Easy to get to and easy to get back on my way from. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Especially love the cookies in the lobby in the evening - to die for.

This is the second time my wife and I have stayed here and we love it! The continental breakfast is very tasty and the wii-fi is fast and reliable. We both slept really good too. They have some suites that provide more room but any room is comfortable.

The location is fantastic and the bathrooms were spacious and updated. Sheets were clean and pillows were plump. I couldn't have asked for a better stay and at such a great price, this hotel is a true gem in downtown Boise. I was not able to partake of the breakfast but it looked delicious. Keep up the great service!

This place was clean, spacious, in a good location downtown with a very friendly staff. We walked to Asiago's for dinner, (very good) there were other choices nearby. The price was reasonable. I hope to come back and explore Boise again and this would be where I would stay.

I'm in Boise on a business trip with my Dad and my brother. The beds and pillows were so fluffy! I had a great nights sleep. Being downtown, I heard some people outside for a bit, but after I turned on the fan, it was nice and quiet. The location was fun and convenient. I would come here again. My Dad has been staying here for years. Thanks for a safe place to stay!

We live about 45 miles from Boise and stay here regularly when we hang out downtown for concerts or other activities that don't allow us to drive back home after :) Always clean and the staff is always super helpful. The location is perfect and they always offer a military discount!!!!
