So many leaks

The Lone Mountain membrane roof is still under warranty. They have been out so many times to fix it as we have constant leaks. They always claim this time it will be ok, and apologize that they have no obligation to replace this piece of junk, their own obligation is to repair it. The roof is covered with patches. The patches are not long lasting fixes and the patches come up and they leak too. I had them out earlier this year to fix numerous leaks in my child's room, now I have two more leaks. I found the leaky spot and it is the membrane material cracking this time, letting water penetrate. They could not even give me a date they will come out to repair the leak, I am on a waiting list to receive an appointment for the repair, even though my roof is under warranty. Unbelievable. And if you read the warranty, having someone else repair it voids the warranty. So my roof will continue to leak until they can get out here, and it may be weeks. Drip drip drip drip drip drip drip drip drip drip drip drip drip drip. Can you imagine living like this? The roof is about 8 years old, but has leaked since it was practically new. How do these people stay in business? So now I am looking for bids to have the roof replaced, because this roof has failed of its essential purpose. And what does Lone Mountain have to say? "Well, we've had a lot of rain." So remember if you get this roof, if it fails their only obligation will be to keep coming out and putting patches on your roof. There are soft spots on the roof and now because the roof has leaked so many times and been moist so much I will be surprised if we don't find wood rot and mold. This company is simply awful.

Disappointed with LONE MOUNTAIN ROOFING

I bought my house 3 years ago. First leak was in bedroom #2. LONE MOUNTAIN FIXED THAT I WAS SO HAPPY. THEN FOR 3 YEARS now the masterbedroom has leaked everytime it rains or snows in the same place. Now we are sitting here with a leaking roof in the master bedroom & bedroom #2. What a mess it does to your home. I had to go to the doller store to get another bin for the water I ran out. Presently I await for a pro rated estimates to fix my roof. I think lone mountain should replace my roof they should take the loss.BIT THE BULIT FESS UP /FIX OUR ROOFS

disappointed with the installation of the product

We purchased the covering in 2006. Since the installation we have had at least one leak per year. During 2010 it took them three tries over a 1 year period to fix the leak over the master bathroom. (Repair costs to the ceiling were paid by me.) It remained leak free till 2013, yahoo! It took a few days for them to call back and schedule a repair date. When the tech arrived he wanted to see inside the house where the leak was coming into the house. I told him where the leak was located in relation to the house. But that didn't matter because the leak could be coming from another location and traveling to that location and causing the damage. I asked him to check the whole roof for leaks and if he found any damage to fix it. He came back and said the leak was coming from an area that was not cover by the warranty. He told me it would be $160 to fix. After paying him, he returns with a flyer and suggests that I purchase their new annual maintenance policy ($250. annually) to cover this type of damage. I'm upset. I like the concept of the product, yet the installation process of using a latex epoxy to seal the seams needs great improvement to resist the high temperatures and UV rays it receives from the higher elevations of New Mexico. The sealant is what breaks down and starts to leak.

After reading the current warranty information that comes with the installation of the product, we were charge of repairs that should have been cover under the warranty. I'm upset. We purchased the covering in 2006. Since the installation we have had at least two leaks per year. During 2010 It took them three tries over a 1 year period to fix the leak over the master bathroom. I'd have the interior ceiling fixed, then the roof would leak again. It took having to threaten them with a law suite to fix it properly. (Repair costs to the ceiling were paid by us.) In 2013 I had to call them to next a leak. It took a few days for them to call back and schedule a repair date. When the tech arrived he wanted to see inside the house where the leak was coming into the house. I told him where the leak was. It leaks and leaks and leaks

Roof put on in 2005 by Lone Mountain. Had over a dozen leaks from 2007 to 2011. This weekend, leaking again. Get nothing but voicemail when I try to call.

Where did they go with my $50.00?

Desperately I started calling companies on Monday as we had two nights of drip, drip, drip into our master bedroom. L.M. was the only company that wanted 50 dollars to come out. I paid the tech this and he left, promising a quote the next day. Meanwhile rain clouds were forming and I want to get this fixed ASAP. Three other companies came out, no one wanted a fee to do so, and my roof is now fixed by one such company, done the same day! Meanwhile I have NOT received the quote from L.M. and no one answers their phone! I am unimpressed, to say the least. Never should have paid the tech anything. If I EVER reach someone, I plan to ask for my money back. What a joke!

Great Roof

Hard to get ahold of the techs, but they do a great job when they get there!
