the place was ok,but i sent a pckage to my friend as a gift for christmas and its almost 2 weeks now and she havent got it.I sent it on Dec.15 and been told that it will be there on Dec.19 if its Priority Mail and thats what i paid.Im very upset because everytime i try to track it,it keep sayinng its not available and i also called this office they have been telling me so many reasons which upset me so much...



I'll say with the customer service they SUCK!!!...they dont know how to talk to a customer and provide the right information.

The first (and the last) that I visited this office I have never ran into such rudeness in my life. Instead of explaining what I can and cannot ship and how I can ship it a man that works there decided to ridicule me in front of my mother who was visiting. He was condescending and I will never go back to that location. I recommend that anyone that appreciates good customer service to go across the bridge and visit the post office on East 70th....they know how to give good customer service unlike the people that work at Plantation Station.

Absolutely wonderful people. Very friendly and helpful.
